岭南高校既有建筑改造中被动式节能设计研究

【摘要】 我国高校建设规模不断扩张,而面对城市发展转型、环境污染、资源匮乏的客观社会现状,营造绿色节约型校园,成为了高校建设更高的目标与要求。而针对在功能、空间、结构、节能等方面不合当代要求的大批高校既有建筑实施综合改造,并利用发展成熟的绿色节能技术提升既有建筑的整体舒适性,继而降低建筑能耗,符合可持续发展观,无疑是今后高校建设较优的选择。此中,被动式节能设计,对于注重建筑适应自然环境,冬季无需采暖的我国岭南地区,尤为重要。因此,对岭南高校既有建筑改造中被动式节能设计展开研究,能为岭南高校建设绿色节约型校园提供实质性的方法指导。在绿色建筑理念于高校校园建设中越来越受重视的背景下,笔者对岭南若干高校校园及既有建筑改造案例进行了实地调研、资料搜集与文献研究。通过纵向研究与横向研究相结合的方式,首先归纳出岭南高校建筑被动式节能技术的发展脉络,找出了岭南高校既有建筑现存的若干问题以及既有建筑改造中被动式节能的设计重点;然后,分析出岭南高校既有建筑中被动式节能设计的影响因素以及原则;最后,结合几个岭南高校既有建筑改造的优秀案例,运用设计方案分析、计算机模拟分析以及建成后能效检测等手段,从建筑布局梳理、内部空间优化、围护结构提升三方面,提出了岭南高校既有建筑改造中被动式节能设计优化策略。策略的提出,有助于为岭南高校既有建筑改造过程中,实现高校节能,提供一定的参考与借鉴意义。

【Abstract】 China’s colleges and universities construction scale is growing,and the face of urban development and transformation,environmental pollution,lack of resources,the objective social status quo,to create a green-saving campus,has become a higher goal and requirements of colleges and universities.And for the function,space,structure,energy and other aspects of the requirements of a large number of colleges and universities existing buildings to implement a comprehensive transformation,and the use of mature green energy-saving technology to enhance the overall comfort of existing buildings,and then reduce building energy consumption,Sustainable development concept,is undoubtedly a better choice for the construction of colleges and universities.Among them,the passive energy-saving design,pay attention to the building to adapt to the natural environment,the winter without heating China’s Lingnan region,is particularly important.Therefore,the research on the passive energy saving design in the reconstruction of existing buildings in Lingnan University can provide substantive guidance for Lingnan University to build green saving campus.In the context of the green building concept in the construction of colleges and universities more and more attention,the author of Lingnan a number of colleges and universities and the existing building renovation case of field research,data collection and literature research.Through the combination of longitudinal research and horizontal research,we first put forward the development of passive energy-saving technology in Lingnan colleges and universities,find out the existing problems of existing buildings in Lingnan University and the design focus of passive energy saving in existing buildings.Finally,combined with several outstanding examples of existing buildings in Lingnan University,this paper analyzes the design scheme,the computer simulation analysis and the energy efficiency detection after the completion of the project,and analyzes the factors influencing the passive energy saving design of the existing buildings in Lingnan University.The layout of the building layout,the optimization of the internal space and the improvement of the envelope structure,and puts forward the strategy of passive energy saving design in the reconstruction of existing buildings in Lingnan University.Strategy,which will help to transform existing buildings in Lingnan University and realize the energy saving of colleges and universities,and provide some reference and reference significance.
