千吨级公务执法船防碰撞安全可靠性分析设计

【摘要】 船舶在航运过程中面临着碰撞事故的危险。船舶碰撞是指船舶在海上或者与海相通的可航水域发生接触造成损害的事故,它往往会造成船体结构破损、货物泄漏、环境污染、人员伤亡等灾难性的后果,因此,无论是从安全上、经济上,还是从环境保护上来看,提高船舶的耐撞性都具有重要的意义。近年来,我国东海、南海等热点海域岛礁争端加剧,对抗强度提高,加上美国“重返亚太”对我国的战略围堵,海洋维权问题越来越突出。特别是在当前日益复杂的执法环境下,我国公务执法船与别国船只的对抗越来越频繁,程度亦越演越激烈,冲撞挤兑战术更是屡见不鲜。因此如何保证公务执法船在对抗过程中的战斗力及生存力,增强其耐撞性指标,提高抗冲击性能,就成了维权执法任务能否圆满完成的关键点。本文的主要研究工作包括如下几个方面:1.回顾、总结了有关船舶碰撞的研究历程,试验方法以及相关文献。2.按照中国船级社《国内航行海船建造规范》进行常规设计计算,确定了选定模型的舷侧结构构件的基础参数。3.运用有限元分析的方法,借助有限元分析软件MSC.PATRAN和MSC.NASTRAN进行了相关的建模,运算和仿真。通过设置不同的碰撞条件,包括碰撞的位置、角度、速度、时间以及撞船重量,进行了相关的求解和仿真,并对各种碰撞参数的变化所导致的结果进行了定性的分析和讨论。4.进一步探讨在极端恶劣的碰撞情况下,分别采取舷侧外板改进、舷侧纵骨改进和舷侧外板与舷侧纵骨联合改进方案对其碰撞结果的影响进行模拟和分析。仿真模拟得到的结论对今后千吨级公务执法船的结构设计提供了一些有价值的参考。
【Abstract】 The ship confronts with the risk of collision.Ship collision is a kind of marine damage accidents of ships contacting with other objects,which would leads to structure damage,leaking,environmental pollution and even casualties.Hence,the crashworthiness is significant from the safety,economic,and environment friendly aspect.In recent years,East sea and South Sea of China see the fierce dispute and tense conflict.US’s “Back to Asia” containment doctrine causes more out-standing sea sovereign issue.The Chinese official enforcement ship confronts with the foreign ships more furiously and Collision run tactics is common in those confronts.With the above mentioned factors,the fighting capacity and survive capacity,present novel concepts of structural design and the Impact resistance improvement are very critical in official sovereign enforce action.The major research work and conclusions of this paper are summarized as follows:1 This paper has a review of the studies of ship collision,testing methods and relevant literature.2 According to <Domestic sailing vessel construction rules> of CCS in conventional design and calculation,Determine the basis of the selected model side structural components parameters.3 Using the method of finite element analysis,modeling,computation and simulation by the aid of the finite element analysis software MSC.PATRAN and MSC.NASTRAN.This paper makes a series of related solution and simulation by setting different collision conditions,including position of collision,collision angle,collision speed,collision time and the weight of striking ship,and has a qualitatively analysis and discuss on the various parameters caused by the collision results.4 This paper also tend to simulate and analyze the different influences on the results of the collision under extraordinary conditions,after taking side plate improvement,taking side longitudinal improvement,and taking joint improvement.The conclusion of this simulation provides valuable reference for future related research.
