车载ANG放散气回收装置技术方案研究及工程化设计

【摘要】 针对管网天然气放散气回收及紧急临时供气困难等问题,本文首先对天然气吸附储运技术的研究和应用现状进行比较分析,探讨了车载ANG放散气回收装置的设计要求和适用范围,得出可推广车载技术的ANG储运流程。其次,通过对佛山某地区天然气的气源及相关性质进行了实地调研,并对佛山燃气集团的放散气调研,得到该地区适合对放散气进行回收,具有环保效益以及经济效益,根据ANG储运流程设计车载ANG放散气回收方案,并设计了之后进行工程化所需测试的实验路线,并对车载ANG放散气回收装置进行工程化研究。关键设备设计的主要参数有:直径为1400mm,高度为1971.5mm,总容积2.20m3,主侧位各开两个人孔,两个手孔分别置于罐体对称位,吸附罐内置支撑板,ANG预吸附储罐容积为0.22m3,丝网结构。采用两种活性炭,将圆柱形成型活性炭采取无序堆填的方式将预吸附罐填满;将长方体成型活性炭采取有序堆填的方式将吸附储罐填满。最后,对所设计的流程及装置根据工程实际情况,对工艺流程和回收车设计方案进行优化,工程化研究结果:对ANG储罐进一步改进增大其规模,改为两个容积为2.2m3的ANG储罐并联,其储气量估计达到365.2Nm3,,计算其年回收量达到24.1万Nm3;总投资为240万元,年收入为85.6万元,年运营费用为29万元,投资回收期为4.24年,表现了良好的经济性。整套车载ANG放散气回收装置的设计为后续ANG的应用及放散气回收及紧急供气提供一种切实可行的新思路和新方法,具有重要的现实意义,为今后ANG技术以及天然气产业的发展起到了重要的推动作用。

【Abstract】 Aiming at the facing problems of emission of pipeline natural gas recovery and emergency supply to downstream users,in this paper,for the fisrt time,the study and application of natural gas adsorption storage and transportation technology are compared and analyzed,on the other hand,we have discussed on the design requirements of vehicle ANG emission gas recovery device and the applicable scope.It is concluded that the ANG storage and transportation process would be popularized in vehicle technology.Secondly,we have researched on the natural gas in Foshan in a certain area of anfemission research,it shows that the gas emission in the region is adptable to get recovered,and it’s with the environmental and economic doubble benefits.According to the ANG and process design of vehicle ANG emission gas recycling program,and designed experimental routes which are required in engineering testing,and Engineering Research of ANG vehicle emission gas recovery device.The main parameters of key equipment design of ANG storage tank are:the ANG tank’s total volume of is 2.20m3 with the diameter of 1400 mm and the height is 1971.5mm;On the oter hand the tank has two main sides of each fand,two manhole with each other,two hand holes are respectively arranged on the tank body symmetry,adsorption tank built-in support plate,ANG pre-adsorption tank volume is 0.22m3,screen structure.Two kinds of activated carbon were used to fill up the cylindrical shaped activated carbon in order to fill the pre adsorption tank.Finally,according to the actual situation of the project,the design of the process and the device is optimized,Engineering research results are followings: we have the ANG tank further improved and increase the size,instead of two ANG tanks with same volume capacity of 2.2m3,parallel storage capacity,the storage capacity is estimated to reach 365.2Nm3,and reached 241032Nm3 to calculate the recovery rate;the total investment has reached 2 million 400 thousand yuan,the annual income of 856 thousand yuan,the annual operating cost of 290 thousand yuan,the payback period is 4.24 years,with a good economy.The design of the whole vehicle ANG exhaust gas recovery device for the application and emission of gas recovery and subsequent ANG emergency supply provides a new thinking and new method is feasible,has great realistical significance,It will play an important role in promoting the development of ANG technology and natural gas industry in the future.
