宝鸡钢管ERP应用集成的优化研究

【摘要】 近年来,信息化和工业化的高层次的深度结合在装备制造企业日常业务管理中的作用越来越重要,ERP系统集信息技术与先进管理思想于一身,为企业信息化建设顶层设计提供了依据。部分装备制造企业在实施ERP系统后整体效率并未明显提高,企业资源整合能力并未明显增强,很重要的原因就是企业没有充分理解各信息系统的作用及功能,要以ERP系统为所有信息系统的核心,将企业各职能部门、各业务流程、各工作岗位进行重新梳理,以实现数据、信息的集成应用与共享。首先,本文介绍了宝鸡钢管ERP应用集成项目概况,宝鸡钢管公司ERP应用集成项目于2016年1月19日成功上线,是中国石油装备制造板块首家成功上线的单位。其次,详细研究了宝鸡钢管ERP应用集成的优化策略。例如:通过管理标准化理论推进企业信息化中的标准化管理;在ERP与MES系统集成时,选择了基于Web服务的业务层集成方法;项目运维过程中,如何判定问题是从技术上解决还是从管理上解决;决策支持方面,深度融合信息化与自动化技术,建立生产管理信息化综合指挥平台,实现集中化和扁平化的新型管理模式;由于新旧系统切换时会影响上级单位,要求系统切换时间尽可能短,经过综合评估,选择了直接切换的方法。最后,介绍了优化实施策略的保障措施。在信息化项目的实施过程中,基层单位要始终贯彻集团的方针及业务主线,企业管理需配合变更,二级单位的ERP运维十分必要。信息化项目实施成败的关键在于参与者。对于一些特殊情况,要做好处理方案,并给相关业务人员做好培训,像非常规钢管的数据录入保障,ERP系统升级后各项业务操作要相应变更等。ERP应用集成项目成功上线后,解决了宝鸡钢管公司诸多历史遗留的问题,特别数据实现标准化后,公司物料编码数量显著降低,系统运行效率大幅提升,保证了各系统间数据的一致性,降低了基层人员的负担,杜绝了人为原因导致的错误。
【Abstract】 In recent years,high-level deep integration of informatization and industrialization is playing an increasingly important role in the daily operation management of machinery manufacturing companies.Combining information technology and advanced concept of management,ERP system provides a basis for the top-level design of informatization of companies.Overall efficiency of some machinery manufacturers and their ability to integrate resources are not notably enhanced after deploying ERP system which is largely due to inadequate understanding of usages and functions of various information systems.ERP system shall be the center of all information systems and various departments,operational processes,and job positions shall be sorted out again so that integrated application and sharing of data and information would be realized.This paper first provides a brief introduction of ERP application integration project of Baoji Petroleum Steel Pipe Co.,Ltd.(hereinafter referred to as BSG)which went live successfully on January 19,2016,making BSG the first company under CNPC’s manufacturing business to successfully deploy such project.Then the optimization strategy for BSG’s ERP application integration is looked into in details.For example,standardized management in the corporate informatization is pushed forward with the theory on management standardization.During integration of ERP and MES systems,a method of business tier integration based on Web service is selected.During operation and maintenance of the project,the method used to judge whether a problem shall be addressed by technology or by management is considered.Regarding support for decision-making,a deep fusion of technologies on informatization and automation is performed to establish a comprehensive commanding platform on informatization of production and management and realize a new management model which is centralized and flattened.Since the shift from old system to the new one would have an impact on the higher level unit,it is required that the time for the shift shall be as short as possible.Therefore,after comprehensive evaluation,a direct shift is selected.Last but not least,the supporting measure for the optimization strategy is introduced.During the course of the project,the basic-level unit shall consistently stick to principles and main business line of the Group.Corporate management shall be aligned with changes.Operation and maintenance of ERP system of second-level unit is essential.The key to the success of informatization project is the participants.Regarding some special circumstances such as the support on data input for special pipes and corresponding changes of operation on various businesses after upgrade of ERP system,solutions shall be prepared properly and training on related personnel shall be carried out.After successful go-live of ERP application integration project,various legacy issues of BSG are solved.Especially after data standardization being realized,quantity of material codes of the company is notably reduced and efficiency of system operation is largely improved.Consistency of data between various systems is ensured.Working load of basic level staff is mitigated.Errors made by human are eliminated.
