【摘要】 随着商业综合体的功能复合与大规模化的发展趋势,影院越来越多的被附建于商业综合体中。由于影院在安全疏散方面的复杂性,使得影院在被附建于商业综合体之后,影院的安全疏散问题变得更为复杂。同时,伴随着电影产业的发展,前往影院观影的人员数量逐步攀升,影院对商业综合体安全性的影响增加。有关商业综合体中影院的安全疏散问题成为当前亟待解决的重要课题。论文从重庆市主城区的23个影院的现状调查出发,主要关注商业综合体中影院安全疏散问题的各主要影响因子:楼层高度、疏散宽度、疏散距离、空间布局、人员密度等。采用使用后评价为主要研究方法,补充和完善了影院安全疏散的评价体系,并对商业综合体安全疏散中涉及到影院部分的关键影响因素进行了梳理。在此基础上,以重庆市煌华横店电影城为样本,实证研究了商业综合体中影院的安全疏散设计策略:1.将影院作为商业综合体中的特殊部分,独立评价,并将影院疏散楼梯直通室外;2.降低影院在商业综合体中的楼层高度;3.影院放映厅跨层分布于商业综合体中;4.影院的放映厅沿商业综合体背离主街的墙面呈带状布置。全文共分为六章:第一章分析了国内影院建筑的发展历程及当前商业综合体中的影院设计现状,明确了本文的研究内容,并分析了商业综合体与影院在安全疏散方面的研究现状及安全疏散方法的研究现状,同时,明确了本文的研究意义、研究方法与研究框架;第二章,对商业综合体、影院、安全疏散重要概念进行界定,并通过对近100篇文献的梳理总结,提出了本文拟解决的三个关键问题分别为:电影院的安全评价关键、影院对商业综合体安全性的影响因子、影院与商业综合体疏散安全评价的协调统一;第三章,在实地调研与理论分析的基础上,对商业综合体的构成与安全疏散问题进行了分析,并分析了影院对商业综合体安全的影响因子主要为人员密度与疏散时间;第四章,针对商业综合体与影院在安全疏散方面存在的问题,提出相应的安全疏散设计策略;第五章,运用提出的设计策略对煌华横店电影城的安全疏散提出优化设计建议;第六章,总结本文的主要研究成果,创新点及研究展望。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the development of commerical complex,the function of it becomes more compound and the construction scale becomes even bigger,more and more cinemas has been affiliated with commerical complex.Due to the complexity of cinema’s safty evacuation,after the combination of cinema and commerical complex,the problem of safty evacuation on cinema turns much more complicated.Meanwhile,along with the development of film industry,the number of people going to cinemas rising graadually,the influence of cinema to the commerical complex’s safty has been added.The issue on safty evacuation in commerical complex and cinema urgently need to be solved.This paper started with the survey on the current situation of 23 cinemas in Chongqing main urban area.,and major focus on the main influence factors in safty evacuation,such as:storey height,evacuation width,evacuation distance,spatial distribution,person-density.Using the post-occupany-evaluation(POE)as the main research methodology,complement and perfection the evalution system on cinema safty evacuation,and clear up the key influence factors on safty evacuation between commerical complex and cinema.Then on this basis,take Huanghua hengdian cinema as a sample empirical research design strategy on safty evacuation of cinemas in commerical complex,first,take cinema as the special part of the commerical complex,and independent design the cinema;second,bring down the storey height of the cinema in commerical complex;third,depart the screening rooms and make them vertical distribution in the commerical complex;forth,let the screening rooms along the wall of commerical complex and as a strip layout.The full text is divide into six chapters.Chapter one,analyzed the development history of the cinemas in China and the current design situation of cinemas in commerical complex.put forward the main content of this paper,and then analyzed the research status of safty evacuation in commerical complex and cinema,and also analyzed the research status of safty evacuation methods.in the end put forward the research significance,research methods,and research framework.Chapter two,define the important concepts of commerical complex,cinema,and safty evacuation.with the summary of nearly 100 papers,come up with three key questions need to be solved,that is,the key of safty evalution in cinema;the influence factors of cinema to the commerical complex safty;the methods to coordinating and unifying safty evalution between the commerical complex and cinema.Chapter three,on the basis of field research and theoretical analysis,analyzed the composition of commerical complex and safty evacuation,and the he influence factors of cinema to the commerical complex safty are people density and evacuation time.Chapter four,aim at the problems of safty evacuation in commerical complex and cinema,present design strategies of safty evacuation.Chapter five,use the design strategies to solve the problems in Huanghua hengdian cinema.Chapter six,summary the research achievement and innovation point in this paper.and put forward the research prospects of cinema.更多还原
