【摘要】 2016年对装配式建筑来说可谓是不平凡的一年,这一年关于它的政策东风可谓接连不断,国家级全国各地均设置装配式建筑相关工作目标,出台相关扶持政策,加大相关扶持力度,当前大力推动装配式建筑发展的新气象已经形成。在装配式建筑发展的道路上,集成建筑作为装配式建筑体系中的一部分,它是部品部件优化集成后为客户提供终极完善产品的结果,是装配式建筑高度工业化的产物,也是未来建筑的主要发展方向。现如今,小型集成建筑凭借其高集成度、高建造效率和可移动性、可重复使用等优点,获得了越来越广泛的应用。在旅游业日益兴盛的当前,将小型集成建筑运用于旅游度假建筑上,可以有效解决旅游景区快速增长的旅游用地需求与有限建设用地指标的矛盾,缓解景区“一房难求”“无房可住”的尴尬局面,为旅游景区的发展提供新思路。我国集成建筑虽然发展迅猛,但相对于发展成熟有着完善体制规范的发达国家来说,仍然处于初级阶段。目前旅游市场的迫切需求和其在社会、经济、生态等方面的价值越发突出,有不少地方已经出现了类似的小型集成度假屋产品,但由于其缺乏相应的设计和建造指导,制约了我国小型集成度假屋的健康有序发展。因此,本文便站在建筑设计及建造全过程的角度来探索我国集成建筑在休闲度假方面的内容,并提出相应的设计、建造策略和建议。本文系统地总结了国内外小型集成度假屋发展现状及相关理论研究成果,通过对大量相关案例、论文、实地调研等资料的收集整理,总结国内现阶段小型集成度假屋设计及建造中存在的问题,并对相应的解决策略做出详细总结。论文主要由以下几个部分组成:第一章,介绍了小型集成度假屋的选题缘起与背景、研究目的及意义、国内外研究现状、概念、研究方法与框架;第二章,对国内外小型集成度假屋的案例及发展过程进行分析和总结;第三章,承接第二章内容,对小型集成度假屋的要素进行归纳,并提出国内小型集成度假屋设计研发中所存在的问题;第四五章为本文重点章节,分别从设计层面提出小型集成度假屋的空间功能配置及空间集约化设计、功能模块化及建筑模块化设计策略;从建造层面对小型集成度假屋的建造体系进行归纳,包含结构、围护、屋顶、设备、基础系统等的研究;最后结合实践项目,对小型集成度假屋的设计及建造策略进行验证。小型集成度假屋的研究不仅缓解了景区住房紧缺的问题,而且对集成建筑理论与实践研究也出作了一定贡献,研究成果主要包括:设计策略系统性归纳和建造技术具体方法。其中还容纳大量文献资料与工程案例分析,为小型集成建筑具体建造做了铺垫,也为今后从事小型集成度假屋设计的相关人员提供了一定的参考与实践借鉴。更多还原

【Abstract】 2016 on the assembly of buildings can be described as an extraordinary year,this year on its policy can be described as successive,national all over the country are set up assembly-related work objectives,the introduction of relevant support policies,increase the relevant support Strength,the current vigorously promote the development of assembly-style building has become a new atmosphere.On the road to the development of the assembly building,the integrated building is part of the assembled building system,which is the result of the ultimate improvement of the product after the optimization of the parts and components.It is the result of the ultimate improvement of the product after the optimization and integration of the parts and components.It is the product of the highly industrialized assembly and the main development direction of the future building.Today,small integrated buildings with its high integration,high construction efficiency and mobility,reusable and other advantages,access to a wider range of applications.In the growing tourism industry at present,the small integrated building used in tourism buildings,can effectively solve the tourist attractions of the rapid growth of the demand for land use and limited land use indicators of the contradictions,to ease the scenic of "one room hard to find" or "no room to live" embarrassing situation for the development of tourist attractions to provide new ideas.Although China’s integrated construction is growing rapidly,it is still at an early stage compared to developed countries.At present,the urgent needs of the tourism market and its social,economic,ecological and other aspects of the value of more prominent,there are many places there have been similar small integrated holiday house products,but because of its lack of appropriate design and construction guidance,restricting small integrated holiday houses healthy and orderly development.Therefore,this article will stand in the architectural design and construction of the whole process to explore the perspective of China’s integrated building in the leisure resort,and put forward the corresponding design,construction strategies and recommendations.This paper systematically summarizes the development status of small integrated holiday houses and the related research results.Through the collection and compilation of a large number of related cases,papers and field research,this paper summarizes the problems in the design and construction of small integrated holiday houses,and summary the corresponding solution strategy.The first chapter introduces the origin and background of the small integrated vacation house,the purpose and significance of the study,the current situation,the concept,the research method and the framework.The second chapter analyzes and summarizes the case and development process of the small integrated holiday houses at home and abroad.In the third chapter,summarizes the elements of the small integrated holiday houses and puts forward the design and development of the small integrated holiday houses.The forth and fifth chapters are the key of this article,respectively from the design aspect of small integrated holiday houses space function configuration and spatial intensive design,functional modularization and building modular design strategy;from the construction aspects summarizes the construction system,including the structure,the envelope,the roof,the equipment,the basic system and so on.Finally,the design and construction strategy of the small integrated holiday house is verified by the practical project.The study of small integrated holiday houses not only alleviates the shortage of housing in the scenic area,but also contributes to the theory and practice of integrated architecture.The research results include the systematic induction of design strategies and the specific method of construction technology,Which incorporates a large number of literature and engineering case analysis,for the small integrated building to do a concrete foundation,but also for the future engaged in small integrated holiday house design of the relevant personnel to provide a reference theory and practice reference.更多还原
