可调阻尼减振器ADS阀驱动力和阻尼特性研究

【摘要】 随着改革开放中国经济的飞速发展,人们对汽车行驶的安全性、稳定性和舒适性的要求越来越高,而普通减振器的阻尼是固定不变,只能获得某一特定路况最佳的行驶性能,目前高端豪华汽车已经开始使用可调阻尼减振器,面对不同路况都能获得最佳的行驶性能,而一种成本较低适用于中低端汽车的ADS阀控可调阻尼减振器显得迫在眉睫,其中ADS阀在减振器阻尼调节中起关键作用,因此,开展其驱动力和阻尼特性的研究具有重要的现实意义。本文主要研究内容如下:(1)设计了一种ADS阀控可调阻尼减振器,并对ADS阀进行结构设计;开展了ADS阀驱动力理论与试验研究,首先对空载条件下,ADS阀用电磁铁的驱动力进行理论分析,并设计了一套测试电磁铁驱动力的试验系统,验证其理论分析的正确性;然后,建立了额定载荷下ADS阀驱动力数学模型,并利用Matlab搭建其仿真模型进行仿真分析,最后搭建试验平台,验证仿真模型的正确性,并得出ADS阀档位切换所需要的最小电磁驱动力。(2)基于ADS阀的结构,结合流体力学相关理论知识,将ADS阀分为开阀前、开阀后、开阀到最大三种状态,分别建立了相对应状态下的阻尼特性数学模型,利用Matlab搭建仿真模型,仿真分析ADS阀内油液的性质和ADS阀芯结构参数等对ADS阀阻尼特性的影响。(3)搭建了电液伺服式测试平台,对ADS阀的阻尼特性进行试验研究,一则验证了仿真模型的正确性,二则验证了阀内关键因素“阀片厚度”“阀片片数”对阻尼特性影响规律的正确性;并对ADS阀控可调阻尼减振器进行整机试验研究,得到不同档位下的示功图,研究表明减振器性能良好,能够满足使用要求。
【Abstract】 With the rapid development of China’s economy,people’s requirements of driving safety,stability and comfort are getting higher and higher.Ordinary shock absorber’s damping force is fixed and it can gain the best driving performance according to a specific traffic conditions.At present,adjustable damping shock absorbers have been used in high-end luxury cars and can continue to get the best driving performance in the face of different road conditions.It is imminent to study an ADS valve adjustable damping shock absorber for low-end vehicles.So the research on ADS valve that plays a key role in dampling adjustment has practical significance for the development of adjustable damping shock absorber.In view of this,the paper has conducted the thorough research from the following aspects.First,the ADS valve adjustable damping shock absorber is designed and the structure is designed for the ADS valve,which plays a key role in its damping adjustment process.The theoretical and experimental research on the driving force of ADS valve was carried out.On one hand,the driving force of ADS valve’s electromagnet under no-load conditions is analyzed theoretically.And the test system for testing driving force of electromagnet is designed and verify the correctness of the theoretical analysis.On the other hand,the mathematical model of the driving force of ADS valve under rated load is established and the simulation model is built through MATLAB/Simulink.And the test bench for the driving force of ADS valve under rated load is built,verify the correctness of the theoretical analysis and measure out the minimum electromagnetic force required to the switch between other gears in ADS valve.Then,when the ADS valve is chosed,opened or opened to the maximum,the mathematical model of damping characteristics in the fourth damping level is established based on the knowledge of fluid mechanics theory.The simulation model is built through using MATLAB/Simulink.The various parameters have the influence of damping characteristics such as oil density,oil viscosity temperature,piston bore diameter,valve pieces number and thickness are analyzed.Finally,the electro-hydraulic servo test platform is built and test the damping characteristics of the ADS valve.For one thing,the correctness of the theoretical analysis is verified.For another thing,the correctness of the influence rule that " valve piece thickness" and "valve piece number" have on the damping characteristics of ADS valve.And the experimental research of the ADS valve adjustable damping shock absorber is conducted and obtain the performance characteristics of the adjustable damping shock absorber under different stalls,which indicate that the shock absorber’s performance is good and meet the requirements.
