【摘要】 汽车行业是发展最快、竞争最激烈的行业之一,在激烈的技术竞争驱动下,汽车产品在功能、质量上的差距越来越小。为了在竞争中立于不败之地,汽车制造企业纷纷从售后服务着手,通过高质量的售后服务,提高企业的业绩。为了提高售后服务水平,企业投入大量人力、财力对售后服务管理方式进行研究,开发出各自的售后服务系统。由于企业的快速发展及业务的变更,如何实现售后服务系统快速响应企业业务变更的需求,如何根据不同企业的需求快速开发售后服务系统,成为研究热点。为了适应以上提出的需求,人们在该领域引入了 SOA技术理念,在原有管理系统的技术上,实现了对业务功能和系统的整合和提升,能够提供统一、标准、基于粒度服务动态整合的平台。能够将应用程序的不同部分功能进行抽取,并将其作为服务,在根据SOA约定服务和接口定义的基础上,实现不同部分服务的松散耦合。本论文的主要内容是,通过对SOA基础知识、架构以及网络服务技术的深入研究,设计出基于SOA理念的汽车售后服务系统的系统架构。在对汽车售后服务系统进行需求分析的基础上,设计出了构成该系统的各个功能模块。针对管理系统中各个业务功能的实施要求,完成了服务发现、服务接口和业务流程设计工作。针对系统中需要完成大量的查询工作的需求,论文中提出了能够用于整个系统的大信息量查询的简单查询方法,用于对系统中的复杂业务进行快速查询,从而有效提高业务信息的查询性能和效率。更多还原

【Abstract】 The automobile industry is one of the fastest growing,the most competitive industry,in the fierce competition driven by technology,automotive products in the functional,quality more and more small gap.In order to remain invincible in the competition,automobile manufacturing enterprises have started from the after sale service,through high quality after sale service,improve the performance of enterprises.In order to improve the customer service level of service,enterprises invested a lot of manpower,financial resources to conduct the research to the after sale service management after sale service system,develop their own.Due to the rapid development and business enterprise change,how to realize the business change demand quick response after sale service system,according to different enterprises demand rapid development after sale service system,become the focus of research.In order to adapt to the above demands,people introduce the concept and technology of SOA in the field,in the original management system technology,the realization of the business functions and system integration and promotion,can provide a unified,standard and dynamic service integration platform based on granularity.based on SOA agreement on service and interface definition,implementation of loosely coupled services in different parts of the.The main content of this thesis is,through in-depth study on the basic knowledge of SOA,architecture and network service technology,designs the system architecture of automobile after sale service system based on SOA concept.In the analysis of demands of automobile after sale service system,designed the composition of each function module of the system.Requirements for each service management implementation system function,the completion of the service discovery,service interface and business process design.According to the need to complete a large number of queries in the system demand,this paper proposes a simple method can be used to query a large amount of information of the whole system queries,for complex business system in the fast query.更多还原
