【摘要】 随着经济的发展以及国民受教育水平的提高,社会对人才的需求也日趋多样化。而个性化教育正是这样一种培养多样性创新型人才的教育,它是在尊重学生个性差异以及多样性的基础上,充分挖掘学生的优势潜能从而为每个人提供最适合的教育。高校作为人才资源的培养和开发的重要基地,迫切需要实施个性化教育以适应未来瞬息多变的社会发展。此外,从世界范围来看,实施个性化教育已经成为高等教育改革的一种趋势。因此,探究高校个性化教育实施的条件与保障体系对于推进高等教育改革具有重要的理论及现实意义。文章共分六章内容,第一章是绪论,主要包括选题的目的与选题意义、国内外研究综述、创新点和研究方法等方面的内容。第二章为高校个性化教育实施的条件与保障体系的研究概述,主要包括基本概念的界定及所用到的理论基础一—个性化教育理论、公共治理理论。第三章为高校个性化教育的个案研究——以华中科技大学文华学院为例,主要论述了文华学院概况、文华学院实施的现状、经验总结等内容。第四章为高校个性化教育实施的条件,主要包括思想条件、教学管理条件、资源条件及教学评价等四方面的内容。第五章为高校个性化教育实施的保障体系,其主要内容包括高校自身内部与外部的保障体系两大方面。第六章为结论,是对本文研究内容的集中概括,总结了高校个性化教育实施的条件与保障体系,并指出了本文存在的不足。本研究主要采用案例分析法、文献查阅法等研究方法,以治理理论和个性化教育理论为基础,以高校个性化教育实施的条件与保障体系为突破口,具有一定的创新性,通过构建高校个性化教育实施的保障体系进而提出推进我国高校个性化教育实施的建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the development of economy and the improvement of the level of education,the demand for talents is becoming more and more diversified.Personalized education is such an education,which is training innovative talents and is on the basis of fully excavate students’potential advantages to provide the most suitable education for everyone.Colleges and universities are important human resources training and development places,which urgently need to implement individualized education to adapt to the changeful society development.In addition,from the world perspective,the implementation of the student centered personalized education has become the trend of education reform.Therefore,the study of the conditions and the guarantee system of the individualized education in Colleges and universities has important theoretical and practical significance for promoting the reform of Higher Education.This paper is divided into six chapters.chapter one is the introduction,which mainly includes the purpose and the significance of the topics,the domestic and foreign research status,research methods and innovation and other aspects of the content.Chapter two is a summary on the research of personalized education implementation’s condition and guarantee system,mainly includes the basic concepts and the theoretical foundation,personalized education theory and public governance theory.chapter three is a case study of individualized education in Colleges and Universities Huazhong University of Sciences and Technology Wenhua Colleges,mainly discusses the mandarin school profiles,Wenhua college implementation status,experience and other content.chapter four proposes the conditions for the implementation of individualized education in Colleges and universities,which mainly includes four aspects:ideological condition,teaching management,resource condition and teaching evaluation.chapter five is the construction of the guarantee system for the individualized education in colleges and universities,which mainly includes two aspects:the internal guarantee system and the external guarantee system.Chapter six is the conclusion,it is the concentrated summary of the research content of this paper.It summarized the conditions and guarantee system of the individualized education in colleges and universities,and pointed out the limitations of this paper.This study mainly uses case study method,literature review method as research methods,based on governance theory and the theory of individualized education,and takes the implementation of the precondition and guarantee system of personalized education in colleges and universities as a breakthrough,and it enjoys a certain degree of innovation.This paper proposes the construction of the guarantee system of personalized education in Colleges and universities so as to put forward some suggestions for the implementation of the personalized education in Colleges and universities in our country.更多还原
