三维可重构成品粮无线监测管理系统的研究与实现

【摘要】 粮食储备工作是关系到国家发展战略、社会经济稳定和国民日常生活的大事,建立粮食储备系统得到了世界各国政府高度重视。特别是在我国,粮食储备系统具有重要的战略地位。成品粮储备是粮食储备系统的重要组成部分,更因其能够快速转化为食品以应对各类突发公共事件的应急减灾能力,越来越得到政府的重视,近几年加强了成品粮应急储备体系的建设工作。相对于原粮储备,成品粮储备稳定性差,安全指标要求会更高,轮换频率快,操作难度大,因此根据成品粮储备的特点研究科学的管理监测方法极具现实意义。为提高成品粮储备过程信息化、精细化和可视化的水平,本文提出并实现了一种三维可重构交互式无线监测管理系统。三维可重构交互式无线监测管理系统采用B/S架构,实现了成品粮仓库的三维可视化远程监控。主要完成的研发工作如下:1.服务器后台服务程序根据系统制定数据通信格式解析经过数据传输终端汇聚并传输的无线传感器网络采集的数据,并存储数据到数据库。系统结合后台数据和用户操作指令,通过与三维可重构仓储监测展示平台进行通信并读写数据,即可构建交互式的成品粮储藏监测三维虚拟场景,实时动态地呈现场景中成品粮和无线传感器节点的空间位置,显示成品粮温湿度数据和相关物流管理信息,以及无线传感器网络拓扑结构,实现监测过程三维可视化,快速定位危险位置,以便工作人员及时采取处理措施,提高管理效率,节约人力成本,保证成品粮品质。2.本系统提供一种粮堆温湿度模型的研究验证修正工具,可将粮堆的热湿传递数学模型和后台存储的实际测量数据相结合,系统通过解算粮堆内热湿耦合传递数学模型并结合数据库中存储的实际测量数据,在三维监测场景中将整个粮堆粒子化,以相应的颜色渲染该粒子点的颜色模拟显示成品粮堆温湿度场,同时对比传感器实际测量数据和模拟数值,计算并显示模拟值与实际值的偏差,希望可以帮助监管人员准确评估粮食安全状态,更准确的把握模拟温湿度场的预测效果和修正数学模型,也为检验模型在实际仓储应用中准确性和匹配度提供一种手段。3.本系统通过提供统一格式的硬件数据接口和调用三维可重构仓储监测展示平台,支持使用多种硬件检测设备和导入用户自定义三维模型,可构建应用在蔬菜、水果、药品等其他仓储环境的监测系统。这种新型的监测系统将代表着仓储监测系统的发展趋势。
【Abstract】 Grain storage is related to the national development strategy,sustained and steady development of social economy and people’s daily life,therefore,establishing a well grain storage system has attracted more and more attention,and has got support over the world.Grain storage system has an important strategic position especially in our country.Processed grain storage is an important part of grain storage system,because of its rapid transformation ability of the food to deal with kinds of public emergency,attracted great attention of the government.The government strengthen the construction of system of contingency storage of grain products in recent years.Compared to raw grain,processed grain has worse stability,higher requirements of safety index,faster frequency of exchange,more difficulties in operating.Therefore the research on scientific management monitoring method of processed grain has important practical significance according to the characteristics of the processed grain.In order to improve fineness and visualization of processed grain storage monitoring and management process,this paper proposes and realizes a three-dimensional reconfigurable interactive wireless monitoring and management system.three-dimensional reconfigurable interactive wireless monitoring and management system of processed grain use Browser/Server system framework to realize the three-dimensional visualization of processed grain warehouse remote monitoring.Major research paper are as follows:1.The server background service program parses and stores data which is collected by the data transmission terminal from the wireless sensor network(WSN)to the database.With user’s instructions and background data,the system can vividly achieve interactive three-dimensional virtual scene of processed grain storage monitoring,rendering scenes including the spatial location of grain and wireless sensor nodes,relevant storage and monitoring information,and wireless sensor network state information in real time dynamically,through communicating and transferring data with three dimensional reconfigurable storage monitoring display platform.The system can also show the three-dimensional scene from multi-perspective realizing 3D visualization of monitoring process,and can help the staff locate the dangerous position quickly to take timely measures to improve the management efficiency,save labor cost and improve the quality of processed grain.2.In addition,the system provides a tool capable of combining the heat and mass transfer mathematical model of grain bulk with the actual measurement data from the backend storage to simulate the temperature and humidity field of processed grain in different colors in the three-dimensional monitoring scenario with view to help regulators accurately assess food safety status,and test the accuracy and compatibility of the heat and mass transfer mathematical model in actual storage applications.3.This system provides customizable 3D model library.By using the unified data interface and adding the appropriate 3D model,the user may establish environment monitoring systems applicable to storage of vegetables,fruits and medicine,etc.This new monitoring system will represent the development trend of storage monitoring system.
