大型分布式光伏发电项目综合评价

【摘要】 在化石能源给人类社会经济带来腾飞的同时,传统能源高污染,不可持续性也成为全球经济发展中不容忽视的问题。为了解决传统能源带来的危机,各国积极探索突破新能源技术,并且将其工程化。在各类新能源利用中,太阳能的应用地域广,光伏发电技术施工难度不高等优点,使得太阳能成为可再生能源中的佼佼者。分布式光伏发电技术以靠近用户侧可就地消纳,安装地点灵活、降低电能输送成本,减少能源损耗得到大力推广。农光互补、渔光互补、林光互补等模式也成为光伏电站建设的新型模式。本文针对大型分布式光伏发电项目的评价展开研究,介绍了分布式光伏发电的基本概念,重点介绍了分布式光伏发电与现代农业的结合——农光互补光伏发电。针对大型分布式光伏发电项目,选择技术、经济、社会三个一级指标,总结并且选取其中对项目有重要影响的因素作为二级指标和三级指标,从而建立项目综合评价模型。最后,对福建省漳州市某县40MWp农光互补光伏电站工程项目进行了综合评价,从而得到该项目在技术指标、经济指标与社会指标的评价均为优,说明了该项目综合效益良好,有很好的可行性。
【Abstract】 In the fossil energy brings human society economic take-off at the same time, the traditional energy high pollution, unsustainable also not allow to ignore to become the world’s economic development. In order to solve the traditional energy crisis, countries to actively explore new energy technology breakthroughs, and engineering. In all kinds of new energy, solar energy application area wide, construction difficulty is not high, photovoltaic power generation technology makes solar energy among the renewable energy.Distributed photovoltaic technology closer to the user side can be given on the spot, flexible installation location, to reduce the power cost, reduce the energy loss to get promoted. Agricultural light complementary, fishing light complementary, such as production complementary pattern also become a new model of the photovoltaic power station construction.Large distributed photovoltaic power generation project, this paper researches on the evaluation, this paper introduces the basic concept of distributed photovoltaic, mainly introduced the combination of distributed photovoltaic and modern agriculture, agricultural light complementary photovoltaic power generation. For large distributed photovoltaic power generation project, choice of technology, economy and society three first-level indicators, summary and select which have important influence on the project factors as indicators of the secondary and tertiary index, establishes the comprehensive evaluation model of the project. Finally, zhangzhou in fujian province in some county in 40 MWP farmers light complementary photovoltaic power station project has carried on the comprehensive evaluation, so as to get the project in the technical index and economic index and social index evaluation are optimal, illustrates the comprehensive benefit of the project is good, has good feasibility.
