【摘要】 本文采用了文献资料法、实地考察法、问卷调查法、数理统计法,以运城市1000名城区居民为调查对象,对运城市城区居民休闲体育活动现状进行调查,了解分析当前运城市城区居民进行休闲体育活动的现状,找出影响运城市休闲体育发展的因素,并提出相应的建议,为今后运城市休闲体育的发展提供理论指导和依据。研究主要结论如下:1.运城市城区居民休闲体育活动开展现状运城市城区居民闲暇时间明显增多,休闲体育已成为城区居民在闲暇时间内的一种主要休闲方式;运城市城区居民在休闲体育活动项目的选择上存在明显的差异。中青年男性比较热衷于选择对抗激烈、运动量比较大的项目;中老年人和女性一般会选择运动量比较小的项目;运城市城区居民休闲活动的场所选择在广场、公园或免费活动场所的较多;运城市城区居民的收入水平整体偏低,不同阶层和收入的人群进行的休闲体育活动差异很大。2.影响运城市居民休闲体育活动的因素:内部因素:(1)运城市城区居民对休闲体育的认知(2)运城市城区居民收入水平的影响(3)运城市城区居民生活方式的影响(4)运城市城区居民自身价值取向的影响。外部因素:(1)运城市经济发展水平的影响(2)运城市体育场地和设施的影响(3)社会体育指导员状况的影响。3.针对运城市休闲体育发展的建议:(1)利用新闻媒体的宣传作用,大力倡导积极健康的休闲体育活动(2)发展多元化、民族化、趣味化、娱乐化的休闲体育项目(3)加强体育场馆和设施的建设,满足人们进行休闲体育活动的需求(4)加强社会体育指导员队伍的建设,指导人们科学的进行休闲体育活动(5)大力开拓休闲体育市场,满足人们对多元化休闲体育活动的需求。更多还原

【Abstract】 In this paper,using the method of literature,questionnaire,on-the-spot investigation,logical analysis,mathematical statistics,in Yuncheng City,1000 urban residents as the research object,carries on the investigation to the present situation of leisure sports activities of urban residents in Yuncheng City,to understand the analysis of the current situation of urban residents in Yuncheng city for leisure and sports activities,to find out the factors influencing the development of Yuncheng city leisure sports,and puts forward some useful suggestions according to the characteristics of Yuncheng City,to provide theoretical guidance and basis for the future development of Yuncheng leisure sports.The main conclusions are as follows:1.Yuncheng city residents leisure sports activitiesYuncheng city residents’ leisure time increased,leisure sports has become Yuncheng residents in leisure time,one of the main ways of leisure;residents of Yuncheng city have obvious differences in the selection of leisure sports projects.The young men are keen to choose against the intense exercise relatively large projects;in general the elderly and women will choose to exercise relatively small projects;Yuncheng city residents leisure activities in the park or square,free activities more;Yuncheng city residents overall low level of income,leisure sports activities between different classes and income groups in the.2.factors affecting leisure sports activities of Yuncheng residents:Internal factors:(1)The influence of Yuncheng urban residents on Leisure Sports Cognition.(2)The influence of Yuncheng urban residents income level.(3)The influence of urban residents’ life style in Yuncheng.(4)The influence of urban residents’ self value orientation in Yuncheng.External factors:(1)The influence of economic development level in Yuncheng.(2)The impact of sports venues and facilities in Yuncheng.(3)The impact of no guidance.for the development of leisure sports in Yuncheng:Promote the positive and healthy leisure sports activities by using the propaganda function of the news media.(2)The development of diversified,national,interesting,recreational sports.(3)Strengthen the construction of sports venues and facilities to meet theneeds of people’s leisure sports activities.(4)Strengthen the construction of social sports instructor team,to guide people to carry out scientific leisure sports activities(5)Vigorously develop the leisure sports market,to meet the needs of diversified leisure sports activities.更多还原
