外来务工人员子女学生与本地学生融合的策略研究

【摘要】 近年来,随着苏州市吴江区经济的快速发展,吸引了大批外来务工人员前来吴江就业,大部分外来务工人员的随迁子女也来到我区,他们分散于全区的大部分学校求学,初中阶段几乎全部就读于本地公办中学。黎里中学是吴江区一所乡镇初级中学,近年来也进入了大量外来务工人员子女,且比例较大,并保持稳定。外来务工人员随迁子女与本地学生的融合教育问题,是我国近年来出现的新的教育现象,也是当前学校急需重视的问题。本研究以黎里中学为例,总结了学校在外来务人员子女融合教育中所做出的努力和存在的问题,分析问题背后的主要原因并探讨了针对性的策略,期望为更多义务教育阶段类似的学校提供融合教育的思路和对策。本研究共分为四大部分:第一部分为引言,从三个方面论述了选择本研究的缘由,界定了本研究的范围和研究方法,并对已有的国内外相关文献进行梳理,为研究提供知识基础。第二部分,以江苏省苏州市黎里中学为例,分析了黎里中学外地生与本地生的融合现状,重点归纳了我校在融合教育方面所做出的四个方面的努力,既坚持公平、多维互动、融合前移和家校合作等,但目前仍然存在几个主要方面的问题,如学习习惯、生活习惯和心理方面。第三部分,分析了影响在黎里中学融合教育过程中出现融合困难的若干因素,主要分成两个部分:外部因素和内部素。其中,学校是学生学习生活的主要场所,学校和教师对融合教育负有重要责任,这里作重点分析。第四部分,针对第三部分的原因分析,提出了黎里中学融合教育若干对策,主要从学校支持,各科教师的教育观念更新,班主任改进教育方法和增强责任心以及进一步完善学校已有的融合措施等方面提出了设想。
【Abstract】 In recent years,with the rapid economic development of Wujiang District,Suzhou City,large quantities of migrant workers have been attracted to work in Wujiang District,and thus the majority of their children come to our region,they are scattered in most of the schools in the region to study,almost all their children who should be junior school students are enrolled at the local public school.Lili Middle School is a township junior high school,and in recent years it has also entered a large number of children of migrant workers,the percentage of which is very large and remains stable.The issues caused by the integrated education of migrant workers’ children and local students have become a new phenomenon appearing recently and are in urgent need of attention.This study takes Lili Middle School as an example,the efforts and problems of the school in the inclusive education of children of migrant workers are summarized,the main reasons behind the analysis are discussed,specific strategies are addressed and the author hopes to show more similar schools lying in the compulsory education phase more education ideas and countermeasures of integrated education.This thesis is composed of four major parts.In the first part,it is about an introduction,from three aspects the author discusses the reasons for research,defines the research scope and methods of research and combs through the relevant documents existing both at home and abroad to provide knowledge foundation for research.In the second part,the author takes Lili Middle school,Wujiang District,Suzhou City,Jiangsu Province as an example,analyzes the current integrated situation of the integration of the students coming from other places and local students in Lili secondary school,summarizes the efforts of the integrated education which our school made from four aspects.The thesis not only adhere to the fair,multi-dimensional interaction,integration advancement and home school cooperation etc..However,there still exist several major problems,such as learning habits,living habits and psychological aspects.In the third part,it analyses the factors that affect the converged difficulties in the process of fusion education in Lili secondary school,which is divided into two parts:external factors and internal factors.Among them,the school is the main place for students to study and live in,the school and teachers have an important responsibility for the integration of education,which is treated as the focus of the analysis here.In the fourth part,based on the analysis of the reasons for the third part,the author puts forward some countermeasures for the integration education of Lili middle school.The author comes up with some assumption mainly from several aspects,for example,it gains support from school,it helps to update the educational concept of the teachers from all subjects and urges the teachers to improve education methods and enhance the sense of responsibility as well as to further improve the school’s integration measures and so on.
