【摘要】 跨境电子商务快速发展已成为国际贸易的新方式,跨境电子商务不仅具备电子商务中压缩中间环节、化解产能过剩、为中小企业提供发展之道、增加就业等传统优势,还具有重塑国际产业链、促进外贸发展方式转变,增强国际竞争力等作用。本文通过对我国跨境贸易电子商务发展现状与模式进行分析,对我国企业跨境贸易电子商务发展,实现外贸转型升级具有重要意义。本文通过对国内外对于跨境电子商务发展的现状及趋势,结合国内跨境电子商务平台作为案例,比较跨境贸易电子商务发展模式的差异,从差异中找到国内跨境电子商务发展的问题,结合具体问题和当前跨境电子商务的发展趋势与机遇,提出针对性的发展对策和建议。本文研究发现:我国跨境电商交易规模持续扩大,占进出口贸易额比例不断提高,跨境电子商务的目标市场比较集中,出口跨境电商有望延续快速发展态势。本文从政府和企业两个层面提出了发展跨境电子商务的有关政策建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 In recent years,the rapid development of cross-border e-commerce,has become a new way of international trade,cross-border e-commerce not only has compressed the intermediate links,to resolve the overcapacity,with the development of the road,for small and medium-sized enterprises to increase employment and other traditional advantages,also has the international industrial chain,remodeling of the country to promote the transformation of foreign trade development,enhance international competitiveness the role of.Main show is to maintain steady growth in import and export trade,and promote the transformation and upgrading of foreign trade;the two is to reduce the threshold of foreign trade,small and medium-sized enterprises have the opportunity to enter the international market;three is to optimize the process of foreign trade,enhance the economic benefit of small and medium-sized enterprises of foreign trade.With the development of electronic information technology and economic globalization,the status and role of e-commerce in international trade has become increasingly prominent,cross-border electricity suppliers have become a dark horse in the foreign trade industry".Compared to the traditional foreign trade,cross-border trade e-commerce has obvious advantages.To expand the overseas marketing channels for Chinese enterprises,to achieve the transformation and upgrading of foreign trade is of great significance.This paper through the literature data method,case analysis method to according to the existing research at home and abroad as a basis for the theory,research status and trend for the development of cross-border e-commerce at home and abroad,combined with domestic and cross-border e-commerce platform as an example,the difference of cross-border trade e-commerce development model.This study found that: China’s cross-border electricity trading continues to expand the scale,the total import and export trade volume continued to increase the proportion of relatively concentrated,cross-border e-commerce export target market,cross-border electricity supplier is expected to continue the momentum of rapid development.Based on the analysis of the current situation of cross-border electronic business,this paper makes a comparative analysis of the development model and mechanism of cross-border e-commerce in China.At the same time,it analyzes the current situation of cross-border e-commerce development in foreign countries and the challenges facing the development of cross-border e-commerce in China,and puts forward the policy suggestions on the development of cross-border e-commerce from two aspects of government and enterprise.更多还原
