醒脑生脉口服液的开发研究

【摘要】 本试验尝试将天然中草药党参、五味子、麦冬的抗疲劳功能与人参总皂苷、牛磺酸及茶多酚的抗疲劳功效相结合,通过小鼠负重游泳实验确定了醒脑生脉口服液的组方,这三种主要功效成分不但没有拮抗作用而且不含咖啡因物质,对身体没有副作用。加入维生素C的方式研制,减少茶多酚的氧化,研制出无咖啡因的抗疲劳口服液。具体研究内容和结果如下:通过动物实验最终确定了醒脑生脉口服液主要功效成分的最佳配比为:人参总皂苷:茶多酚:牛磺酸=3:1:3。最终将醒脑生脉口服液的配方定为:人参总皂苷2.25%、茶多酚0.75%、牛磺酸2.25%、中药提取液75%。通过抗疲劳验证实验最终证明此配方口服液具有明显的抗疲劳功效。并且此口服液在小鼠机体内抗疲劳功效的作用时间为8h左右。以人体推荐服用剂量对经常感到疲劳的人群进行醒脑生脉口服液抗疲劳功效的人群试验验证,通过抗疲劳问卷调查分析可知,醒脑生脉口服液能够让疲劳人群避免工作效率低下、工作瞌睡、四肢乏力等现象,表明醒脑生脉口服液具有明显的提神醒脑、缓解疲劳的作用。通过选取茶多酚的相对含量为考察指标,采用经典恒温法得到Arrhenius回归方程,并依据一级反应动力学推算结果把醒脑生脉口服液的有效期定为9个月。更多还原

【Abstract】 The study attempt to combine the fatigue of the Codonopsis pilosula,Schisandra chinensis and Radix Ophiopogonis with the function of total saponins of panax ginseng,tea polyphenols and taurine.The prescription is determined by the weight loading swimming experiment in mice.The three main efficacy components not only have the antagonism effect,but also do not contain the caffeine and has no side effects on our body.VC can reduce the oxidation of tea polyphenols,the study is developing a oral liquid that has no caffeine and anti-fatigue efficacy.The concrete research contents and results are as follows:The main prescription is determined by the animal experiment:total saponins of panax ginseng:tea polyphenols:taurine= 3:1:3.The intact prescription:total saponins of panax ginseng 2.25%、tea polyphenols 0.75%、taurine 2.25%、the extract of traditional chinese medicine 75%.The oral liquid was verified that it had the anti-fatigue efficacy by the anti-fatigue experiment.And the anti-fatigue effect of this oral liquid can continue 8h on mice.After People who often feel tired drink this oral liquid,these people do not feel tired.This oral liquid allows people to avoid inefficiency,drowsiness,limb weakness and other phenomena,these result show that the oral liquid has obvious refreshing and relieve fatigue efficacy.The relative content of tea polyphenols is review indicators,Arrhenius regression equation is obtained by classical constant temperature method,combining with the first-order elimination kinetics,calculated the period of validity of the oral liquid is 9 months.更多还原
