南京市居住区绿地立体绿化植物景观调查与评价研究

【摘要】 当前,城镇化进程加快,人口、资源、环境问题日益突出,立体绿化在生态性、经济性、艺术性方面优势明显,在城市土地资源紧张的情况下,得到大力推广。然而,目前城市立体绿化建设主要集中于道路、广场、公园等开放空间,而居住区立体绿化起步晚,发展较慢。在我国大力推行节约型园林与宜居城市建设的背景下,本文从居住区绿地立体绿化植物景观研究入手,对其立体绿化植物景观现状调研评价,以期为居住区立体绿化建设提供参考,促进居住区绿地利用效率提高与生态环境改善。本文以南京市为例,选取2005年前和2005后开发建设的居住区各8个,通过对居住区绿地实地调查与评价分析,就南京市居住区立体绿化建设目前存在的问题,提出优化发展建议。研究结果如下:1、应用形式方面,居住区立体绿化常用形式有廊架绿化、篱垣绿化、墙面绿化、窗台绿化、车库绿化、屋顶绿化、护坡绿化、假山置石绿化、树木立柱绿化、立体花坛。2、植物种类方面,居住区立体绿化中常见植物有211种,其中乔木26种,隶属于19科24属;灌木77种,隶属于41种60属;藤本植物30种,隶属于16科25属;草本植物70种,隶属于31科,66属;竹类植物8种,均属于禾本科,分属于4个属。3、植物应用频度方面,乔木中罗汉松与东京樱花使用多;灌木中云南黄馨使用最多,频数高达17;藤本中,廊架绿化以紫藤为代表,墙面绿化以地锦、五叶地锦为主,窗台绿化中绿萝最为常见;草本中丝瓜应用最突出;竹类中孝顺竹常用于护坡或挡土墙绿化。4、植物观赏特征方面,立体绿化常见植物以观叶为主,观花为辅,观果较少。植物观赏期主要集中于夏秋,冬季可观赏植物较少。5、运用层次分析法、模糊综合评价法构建南京市居住区立体绿化植物景观综合评价模型,并邀请专家打分,综合评价得分结果显示:车库绿化>屋顶绿化>廊架绿化>篱垣绿化>墙面绿化>窗台绿化。最后通过对量化数据研究分析,结合具体问题,提出了南京市居住区立体绿化建设与优化建议。
【Abstract】 At present,issues of population,resources and environment have become increasingly prominent in the urbanization process.Vertical greening,due to its outstanding in ecology,economic,artistic and so on,is expanded strongly in the case of urban land resources nervous.The plant landscapes of vertical greening are common inroads,squares,parks and other open spaces now.However,the development of vertical greening in residential green space is later and slower.Under the background of economizing landscape and livable city construction,the paper is started with vertical greening plant landscapes of the residential area green space,through study and evaluation to provide the references for vertical greening construction in residential area,will help to improve utilization efficiency of residential green space and ecological environment.Taking Nanjing city as an example,the paper selects 8 residential areas built before 2005 and 8 residential areas built after 2005 as examples.Through survey and evaluation analysis,several opinions are put forward for the problems in the construction of vertical greening in residential area of Nanjing.The results of the study are as follows:1、About the application type,there are corridor greening,fence greening,wall greening,windowsill greening,garage greening,roof greening,slope greening,rockery stone greening,mosaiculture common in the vertical greening in residential area.2、About the plant species,there are 211 species used in the vertical greening of residential area,including 26 arbor,belong to 19 families,24 genera;77 shrub,belong to 41 families,60 genera;30 vines,belong to 16 families,25 genera;70 herb,belong to 31 families,66 genera;bamboo plants,all belong to gramineae,belong to 4 genera.3、About the frequency of plant use,Podocarpus macrophyllus and Cerasus yedoensis are most used in arbor;Jasminum mesnyi is used frequently,it’s frequency is 17;Wsteria sinensis is often seen in corridor greening,Parthenocissus tricuspidata and Parthenocissus thomsoni play an important part in wall greening,Epipremnum aureum is used frequently in windowsill greening;the herb is represented by Luffa cylindrica;Bambusa multiplex(Lour.)Raeusch.ex Schult is often used for slope protection or retaining wall greening.4、The Plants ornamental characteristics,used in the vertical greening,are given priority to with foliage,flower,fruit less.Plants ornamental period mainly concentrate in the summer and fall,plants can be appreciated less in the winter.5、First,the evaluation model on plant landscape of vertical greening in residential green space in Nanjing is built by using the method of AHP-Fuzzy synthesis,then experts are invited to score on it.In the end,the results are as follows:in theaspect of comprehensive score,garage greening>roof greening>corridor greening>fence greening>wall greening>windowsill greening.Finally,construction and optimization of suggestions have been proposed by research on quantitative data analysis and combining with concrete problems.
