过硫酸氢钾复合盐颗粒剂消毒效果评价

【摘要】 消毒是贯彻预防为主的首要保障,消毒药合理选择与使用对集约化养殖模式畜禽的健康生长至关重要。过硫酸氢钾复合盐是一种集广谱、高效、安全、绿色、环保于一体的兽用复方消毒剂。本研究拟对过硫酸氢钾复合盐颗粒型消毒剂进行实验室微生物杀灭试验和现场消毒试验。具体内容如下:1过硫酸氢钾复合盐颗粒对鸡新城疫病毒的杀灭试验用1%硫代硫酸钠(生理盐水稀释)作中和剂,空白对照组鸡胚为感染新城疫病毒鸡胚,对照消毒剂组(5 g/L浓度下)和供试消毒剂在10 g/L、5 g/L、2.5 g/L、1g/L的消毒效果一致,都能在5 min内杀灭所有病毒,鸡胚感染率为0。由此可见,供试消毒剂对新城疫病毒有高效速效杀灭作用,在1:1000稀释浓度(1 g/L)5 min内就能100%杀灭病毒。并且10 g/L浓度的过硫酸氢钾复合盐颗粒和新城疫病毒作用后接种健康鸡胚,鸡胚全数存活,表明高浓度消毒剂对鸡胚生长无影响。2过硫酸氢钾复合盐颗粒细菌杀灭试验1%硫代硫酸钠(PBS稀释)作为中和剂,以大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌为指示菌,对照消毒剂组(1:200稀释的卫可溶液)和1:100、1:200、1:400、1:1000稀释的供试消毒剂溶液的杀菌作用一致,都能在5 min内杀灭所有细菌。并且用不同浓度的供试消毒剂分别与试验菌作用5 min、10 min、15 min、30min、60min,借以考察不同作用时间达到的最低杀菌有效浓度;结果可见当供试消毒剂与大肠杆菌作用5 min时,杀灭大肠杆菌的最低有效浓度为2.5 g/L,与大肠杆菌作用60 min的最低有效浓度为0.1563 g/L。金黄色葡萄球菌对供试消毒剂较为敏感,供试消毒剂与金黄色葡萄球菌作用5min,杀灭金黄色葡萄球菌的最低有效浓度为0.625 g/L,与金黄色葡萄球菌作用60 min的最低有效浓度为0.1563 g/L。因此可判断该供试消毒剂具有高效速效杀菌作用。3过硫酸氢钾复合盐颗粒现场消毒试验为验证该消毒剂在生产现场的消毒效果,选择两个养鸡场的四个畜舍进行了现场消毒效果测定,考察其对地面、墙面、饮水器和食槽上细菌杀灭作用。过硫酸氢钾复合盐颗粒高浓度(1:100稀释)和中浓度(1:200稀释)使用5min后即可对环境中的细菌杀灭率超过99.9%,与对照药物的杀菌率相当。低浓度(1:400稀释)使用30 min后对地面环境中的细菌杀灭率方可达到99.9%以上。因此推断,过硫酸氢钾复合盐颗粒在推荐剂量下使用(1:200稀释度)有良好的杀菌效果。
【Abstract】 Disinfection is the most important method of prevention first policy and the central content of animal health care system.In this study,we employed the Potassium Monopersulfate Particles(PMP)as a disinfectant and tested the effect of sanitizing treatment via PMP in laboratory and farm plant.The results show that:PMP treatment effectively disinfected Newcastle disease virus(NDV),Escherichia coli(E.coli)and staphylococcus aureus(S.aureus).Suggest that PMP is a broader spectrum,effective,safe and environmental friendly veterinary disinfectant.The details of study content as blew:1 Disinfection effective test against NDV by PMP treatment.Employ 1%Sodium thiosulfate as neutralizer,NDV infected chicken embryonated eggs(CEE)as negative control,5 g/1 disinfectant treatment CEE as positive control and the case groups are 10,5,2.5 and 1 g/1 PMP treatment CEE.Same as the positive control,PMP disinfected all of the NDV at 4 of our tested concentration in 5 min.Hence,PMP is a high effective and fast disinfectant at low concentration(1 g/1).Meanwhile,we found even 10g/1 PMP treatment does not affect the development of CEE.2 Disinfection effective test against microorganism by PMP treatment.Employ 1%Sodium thiosulfate as neutralizer,E.coli and S.aureus as target bacterial,1:200 virkon solutions as a positive control disinfectant.PMP was diluted at 1:100,1:200,1:400 and 1:1000 for the case groups’ treatment.Results show that PMP could disinfect the E.coli and S.aureus at all of 4 tested concentration in 5 min.A time course experiment also is performed.We studied the lowest effective concentration of PMP at 5,10,15,30 and 60 min treatment.The lowest effective concentration of PMP against E.coli is 2.5 g/1 for 5 min treatment and 0.1563 g/1 for 60 min treatment.Compare to E.coli,S.aureus is more sensitive to PMP.The lowest effective concentration of PMP against S.aureus is 0.526 g/1 for 5 min treatment and 0.1563 g/1 for 60 min treatment.Results suggest that PMP is a fast and highly effective disinfectant against microorganism.3 Disinfection effective test of PMP at farm plants.For further confirm the disinfect effecting of PMP at farm plants,we selected 4 animal houses from 2 chicken farms.Then we disinfected the walls,the grounds,the drinkers and the cribs by PMP.1:100 and 1:200 diluted PMP could disinfect over 99.9%of the microorganism in 5 min.1:400 diluted PMP could disinfect over 99.9%of the microorganism in 30 min.Hence,we conclude that PMP could highly effective disinfected microorganism in a farm plant under the recommended concentration(1:200).
