【摘要】 人类在人文活动方面所达到的发展程度或是所表现出来的综合品质被称作是人文素质。在人类的综合素质中,人文素质不仅是其重要部分的组成部分,更能对其整体的提升起到导向性作用,因而占有非常重要的地位。而我国在竞技体育后备人才人文素质培养方面注重“夺标”而忽视“育人”,鉴于此,本文对河南省竞技体校被体育总局命名为“国家高水平体育后备人才基地(2013-2016)的12所竞技体校,主要采用实地考察法、问卷调查法等研究方法对315名在校乒乓球专业学生和66名教师及相关教练员进行调研。旨在为了解河南省竞技体校后备人才人文素质存在的更深层次的问题,找出影响其人文素质的重要因素,以此为我国竞技体育后备人才人文素质提供素材或理论参考。研究结论表明:(1)河南省竞技体校乒乓球后备人才对人文素质的认识整体不足,仅22.2%的学生了解,24.1%的同学不了解。对人文素质的重视程度整体不高,有28.2%的学生认为人文素质不重要。(2)河南省竞技体校乒乓球后备人才人文素质水平整体不高,各因素之间发展不均衡。其中人文知识处于相对较差,人文思想、人文方法及人文精神处于一般等级,而且受校园环境及社会不良风气等影响,人文思想呈现递减的趋势。(3)河南省竞技体校乒乓球后备人才人文素质水平在人文思想方面存在性别差异,人文知识、人文方法、人文精神无明显性别差异。(4)河南省竞技体校在提升人文素质方面观念不强,部分教练、教师、管理人员以及学生对人文素质的重要性都普遍缺乏认知。(5)影响河南省竞技体校乒乓球后备人才的人文素质的有以下几个因素:学校对人文素质的实施的认识不足、学生的文化基础比较薄弱;竞技体校的特殊性等。相关对策:(1)加强师资队伍建设,提高对人文素质的重视度。(2)树立明确的全面育人教育理念,转变学生的价值取向。(3)发掘体育特色,与其专业课程相结合,从而使得学生的人文素质有所提高。(4)优化课程设置,将人文素质教与专业相结合,融入进课堂教学中。(5)将体育文化与人文素质相结合相渗透,从而建设良好的人文校园氛围。(6)借力家庭环境与社会环境对学生的影响进行人文素质培养。更多还原

【Abstract】 The degree of development achieved by men or the integrated quality presented by men in humanistic activities is called humanistic quality. Humanistic quality is an important component of men’s integrated quality. Moreover, it holds an extremely important position due to its orienting role in the promotion of men’s integrated quality as a whole. Despite that, the education of athletics sports reserve personnel in our country focuses more on "win the championship" rather than "personality cultivation". In consideration of the status quo, this study does an empirical survey. Aiming to figure out the deep-rooted problems of the humanistic quality of athletics sports schools’ reserve personnel in Henan province, find the key factors which influence the humanistic quality,and provide empirical data and theoretical reference for the improvement of athletics sports reserve personnel in our country, the survey employs many research methods including field observation, questionnaire investigation and so on, and it is based on 12 athletics sports schools in Henan province which are named as "National High Level Sports Reserve Personnel Base" by General Administration of Sport covering a large sample which is composed of 315 students majoring in table tennis, 66 professional teachers and relevant instructors.There are some main conclusions according to results of the survey: (1) Generally speaking,athletics sports reserve personnel in Henan province lack necessary knowledge of humanistic quality—only 22.2% of the student respondents have an basic knowledge while 24.1% are totally ignorant. And the importance they attach to humanistic quality is also limited—28.2% of the student respondents think humanistic quality is insignificant.(2) The humanistic quality level of athletics sports reserve personnel in Henan province is comparatively low in general. And different factors’ development is out of balance among which humanistic thoughts, humanistic methods and humanistic spirits are only in a general level while humanistic thoughts are especially in a decline tendency. (3) The humanistic quality level of athletics sports reserve personnel in Henan province shows certain discrepancy between genders. (4) The awareness of athletics sports schools in Henan province is weak. Some instructors, teachers, administrators and students lack the necessary knowledge of the significance of humanistic quality. (5) Influence factors of the humanistic quality of athletics sports reserve personnel in Henan province are as follows: schools’ weak awareness of the significance of humanistic quality,students’ low cultural knowledge level,and the specificity of athletics sports schools and so on.As solutions to current problems, the following strategies can be adopted: (1)enhancing the faculty building, strengthening the awareness of the significance of humanistic quality; (2) establishing a clear educational concept of comprehensive personality cultivation, converting the value orientation for students; (3) exploiting characteristics of athletics sports, combining the improvement of students’ humanistic quality with their specialized courses; (4) optimizing course arrangement, penetrating humanistic quality education into specialized courses; (5) promoting the interaction between sports culture and humanistic quality, creating a more humanistic school atmosphere; (6) taking advantage of positive family and social environments to improve humanistic quality.更多还原
