【摘要】 共享服务中心模式能够增强集团型企业的管控能力、有效的降低企业经营成本,提高运营效益,以及提升企业的服务品质。随着共享服务中心逐渐成熟,我国一些像中兴通信、华为、中国移动、平安集团一些大型企业集团积极的开展共享服务中心实践。然而,共享服务中心的建设在寻求新的升级突破。信息共享服务中心是共享服务中心不断发展,进行职能全覆盖,不断的深入与创新,注重增值服务流程的挖掘,利用规模效应优势由当初的事务处理中心定位向知识管理中心与情报中心转变的结果,可以说信息共享服务中心是共享服务中心的高级形态,也是共享服务中心发展的必然结果。由于共享服务中心在我国实践尚短,而信息共享服务中心的建设仍在摸索中。需要持续的流程改进、资源整合及新技术的应用,才能推动信息共享服务中心作为一个高绩效中心、不断实现所期望的量化收益。本文先从集团型企业和信息共享服务中心的概念辨析入手,界定了本文的研究对象和研究范围,以情报学的视角剖析集团型信息共享服务中心的构成,包含其构成要素和基本框架。接着,本文集合调研报告与案例从企业信息化建设入手、着力分析集团型企业信息共享服务中心建设的现状,进一步从顶层设计、财务信息共享、人力资源信息共享、供应链管理信息共享、办公行政管理信息共享5个层次分析集团型企业信息共享服务中心建设存在的问题,最后提出集团型企业信息共享服务中心建设的策略。对集团型企业信息共享服务中心的建设具有较为重要的理论指导和实践意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Shared service center mode can enhance the control ability of the enterprise,effectively reduce the cost to improve efficiency of enterprise management, and promote enterprise’s service quality. As Shared service center gradually mature, some enterprises in our country are like ZTE, Huawei, China mobile, the Haier group in some large enterprise groups actively Shared services practice. However, the construction of the Shared service center in seeking the new breakthrough. The information sharing service center is a shared service center development, carry out the functions of full coverage,in-depth and continuous innovation, value-added services focus on the mining process,the results to the knowledge management center and information center from the original transaction processing center location by using the advantages of scale, can be said that the information sharing service center is the advanced form of shared service center that is the inevitable result of the development of the shared service center. Because the shared service center is still short in our country, the construction of information sharing service is still in the process of exploration. The need for continuous process improvement, resource integration and the application of new technologies, can promote the information sharing service center as a high performance center,continue to achieve the desired quantitative benefits.This paper begins with the concept of group enterprise and information sharing service center, defines the research object and research scope of this paper. From the perspective of information science, this paper analyzes the structure of the group information sharing service center, including its components and basic framework. Then,this paper sets Research Report and case, starting from the enterprise informationization construction focus on the analysis of group enterprise information sharing service center construction present situation, further from the top-level design, financial information sharing, human resources information sharing of supply chain management, information sharing, office administration information sharing 5 levels of analysis of group enterprise information service center construction the problem of sharing,and finally puts forward the strategy of service center construction group enterprise information sharing.
