太阳能LED路灯智能控制系统设计与研究

【摘要】 随着科技的不断进步和经济的迅猛发展,能源和环境形势日益严峻,低碳环保、生态发展成为城市发展的趋势。太阳能是一种理想的清洁能源,LED照明是一种高效、节能的照明技术,两者结合出现了一种新型节能产品-太阳能LED路灯。太阳能LED路灯照明系统具有高效、节能、环保等优势,逐步成为现代城市道路照明的重要组成部分。传统的照明系统,大多只是采用分时段照明和人工控制的单一控制方式进行操作,这样控制较为简单,且不能有效监控路灯的运行状况,进而无法满足智慧城市发展的需求。正是基于这种情形下设计了一套性能稳定、合理利用太阳能对蓄电池充放电,并且对LED路灯能够实现多种控制的路灯智能控制系统。本文对太阳能LED路灯智能控制系统的组成做了详细介绍,并且阐述了控制系统的整体设计方案,对太阳能电池发电的相关原理和输出特性也做了分析研究,针对控制系统的功能需求,本文太阳能LED路灯控制系统做了硬件电路模块设计和软件编程设计两大部分,并以分模块的形式实现控制系统的功能。对于系统硬件部分,文中设计了太阳能充电模块、LED驱动电路模块、以cypress公司生产的CY8C4247AZIM485芯片为主控芯片的MCU模块和ZigBee无线通信模块。太阳能充电部分采用的是TI公司生产的一款专门用于太阳能充电的BQ24650芯片,分为预充、恒流、恒压三个阶段为蓄电池充电;对于LED路灯的控制采用了时控、光控多种控制方式结合的方法,结合无线远程监测控制手段,并运用PWM调光技术,对LED路灯进行智能调节。在软件部分,编写了上位机界面,利用ZigBee无线通信技术,对LED路灯终端运行状态监测并控制。本文最后搭建了实验平台,对系统进行了测试,验证了控制系统的可行性。

【Abstract】 With the continuous progress of science and technology and the rapid economic development,energy and environmental situation is increasingly grim,low-carbon environmental protection,ecological development has become the trend of urban development.Solar energy is an ideal clean energy,LED lighting is an efficient,energy-efficient lighting technology,the combination of them has emerged a new energy-saving product-solar LED lamp.Compared with the traditional street lighting system,solar LED street lighting system has high efficiency,energy saving,environmental protection and other advantages,and it gradually become an important part of modern urban road lighting.The traditional lighting system,most of which only use sub-time lighting and manual control of a single control mode of operation,so that control is relatively simple,and it can not effectively monitor the running status of street lamps,and thus it can not be achieved for the wisdom of urban development needs.It is based on this situation designed a set of stable performance,rational use of solar energy on the battery charge and discharge,and LED lamps can achieve a variety of control of intelligent street lighting control system.In this paper,the composition of the intelligent control system of solar LED street lamp is introduced in detail,and the overall design scheme of the control system is expounded.The relevant principle and output characteristic of the solar cell power generation are also analyzed and analyzed.In view of the functional requirements of the control system,LED street lamp control system includes the hardware circuit module design and software programming design two parts,and in the form of sub-module control system to achieve the function.For the hardware part of the system,the design of the solar charging module,LED driver circuit module to cypress company CY8C4247AZIM485 chip for the master chip MCU module and ZigBee wireless communication module.Solar charging part of the company is a TI company dedicated to the use of solar charging BQ24650 chip,divided into pre-charge,constant current,constant pressure three stages for the battery charge;For the control of LED lamps using time control,light control a variety of ways to control,the combination of wireless remote monitoring and control means,and the use of PWM dimming technology,intelligent adjustment of LED lights.In the software part,the preparation of the host computer interface,the use of ZigBee wireless communication technology,LED street lamp terminal running status monitoring andcontrol.At the end of this paper,the experimental platform is built and the system is tested to verify the feasibility of the control system.
