肥大型船舶阻力快速预报方法研究

【摘要】 船体阻力预报一直以来是船舶设计过程中的难点,传统的经验公式和图谱难以满足现代船型的不断变化,一来计算方法不能满足新造船型的参数范围,二来计算精度远远达不到工程应用和科学研究的要求。因此开发快速准确的船舶阻力预报方法不仅可以在船舶初步设计阶段得出船舶阻力值,还可以得到船体能量分布,进而提高船舶运输效率,降低二氧化碳的排放量,提高船舶的经济性能。本文以研究船舶能耗分布及建立船舶能效评价体系为目标,介绍了在船舶初步设计阶段阻力快速预报方法的发展趋势和研究进展,重点针对近年来市场上出现的肥大型船舶阻力计算方法进行研究探讨,根据肥大型船舶的船型参数选定合适的阻力计算方法,然后根据模型试验进行校核、修正和验证,根据傅汝德假定将总阻力分为摩擦阻力和剩余阻力,在假定摩擦阻力计算正确的前提下,提出与船型参数相关的剩余阻力系数修正因子,进而运用回归分析方法结合模型试验结果得到修正因子的函数方程式,从而得到修正后的针对肥大型船舶阻力计算方法,最后运用修正后的阻力预报方法对肥大型船进行阻力计算方法验证,结果表明修正后的方法大幅度地提高了船舶阻力计算精度。本文针对船舶初步设计阶段阻力计算进行研究,对船舶阻力计算方法提供一种较为新颖的思路,对进一步开发利用经验公式和图谱资料进行船舶阻力的快速预报开辟新路径。另外通过对不同船型的阻力计算可知阻力各成分消耗能量占船舶系统能耗的比例,进而建立合理的能耗系统评价体系,从而积极应对国际海事组织提出的能耗指标,因此船舶阻力计算方法研究无论在学术领域还是工程应用领域都是有价值的。

【Abstract】 Forecasting the ship hull resistance has been the difficulty of the design process, and the traditional empirical formula and atlas are difficult to meet the changing patterns of modern ship. Because calculation methods can not meet the parameters of the new ship type and accuracy is far less than the requirements of engineering and scientific applications. Therefore,the development of fast and accurate prediction method for ship resistance and energy distribution of the energy throughout the vessel monitoring system has a key role , not only can save energy and reduce carbon dioxide emissions , with lower energy consumption and energy saving benefits , but also can improve shipping efficiency and impact of the economic performance of the ship.In this paper aimed at energy distribution and establishing research vessel ship energy efficiency evaluation system, sums up the ship resistance theoretical progress in the course of development and research, detailed theoretical calculation of the current domestic and international shipping methods trends and resistance prediction methods. And according to the Froude assume that the total resistance of the ship is divided into two parts, the friction coefficient based on the empirical formula and residual resistance based on atlas data.Innovative use of the total, frictional resistance under different speed ratio changes within a certain range, assuming friction calculate the correct, the calculated residual resistance and ship model test converted by residual resistance were compared.Based on a large number of ship model test data and trial data, comparison and analysis, presents a parameter associated with the ship’s residual resistance coefficient correction factor. Use modified ship resistance prediction method to the following real ship resistance verification, the results show that the method greatly improves the ship resistance calculation accuracy.Ship resistance calculations and experimental studies based on the energy distribution of the ship, it will ship the majority of the field of engineering researchers performed more in-depth study of a new hull resistance prediction method provides a novel idea. By calculation shows that the resistance of different ship resistance energy consumption of each component system energy consumption accounted for the proportion of the ship,in order to provide the basis for energy conservation work has important significance.
