基于通信和能量的无线传感器网络节点信任模型研究

【摘要】 近年来,无线传感器网络(Wireless Sensor Network,WSN)相关技术取得了巨大的进步,被广泛应用于军事、医疗、环境等领域。然而,由于传感器节点常被部署在开放环境中,而且其资源非常有限,容易遭受各种攻击,网络存在极大的安全隐患,影响了网络的实际应用。传统的加密手段和身份认证技术只能解决外部攻击问题,当传感器节点遭受内部攻击时将会失效,信任管理被认为是保证无线传感器网络安全的有效补充机制。本文综合无线传感器网络的特性以及现有的信任管理机制特点,提出一种基于通信的无线传感器网络节点信任模型。考虑到信任的不确定性和信誉良好的节点被过度使用,提出一种基于通信和能量的无线传感器网络节点信任模型,既可以保证网络的安全性能,又能延长网络生命周期。本文主要工作如下:(1)结合无线传感器网络的自身特点,提出一种基于通信的无线传感器网络节点信任模型。模型通过贝叶斯理论计算通信信任值,以此来判断网络节点是否可靠。文中首先分析基本贝叶斯理论评估信任值的优缺点,然后对缺点改进,为了防止非入侵因素导致的网络异常行为,引入异常折扣因子;为了体现信任对时间的敏感性,引入自适应遗忘因子来削弱过去行为的影响;为了防止恶意节点的诋毁,引入偏离度来过滤某些推荐节点。实验结果表明,本文所提模型具有较高的检测率和较低的误检率,具有良好的网络安全性能。(2)针对贝叶斯理论没有考虑信任的不确定性以及信誉良好的节点被过度使用问题,提出一种基于通信和能量的无线传感器网络节点信任模型。模型分为通信信任模块和能量信任模块,通信信任模块在(1)的基础上引入了基于熵的风险评估机制,这样可以体现信任的不确定性;能量信任模块对节点的剩余能量进行建模,计算节点的能量信任值,最后综合通信信任和能量信任来评价节点的信任度。实验结果表明,本文所提模型具有较高的检测率与较低的误检率,保障网络安全性能的同时,还能延长网络的生命周期。

【Abstract】 In recent years,wireless sensor network(WSN)related technology has made great progress,it is widely used in military,medical,environmental and other fields.However,since sensor nodes are often deployed in an open environment and their resources are very limited.It is vulnerable to a variety of attacks,the network there is a great security risk,affecting the practical application of the network.Traditional encryption and identity authentication techniques can only solve external attacks.When the sensor node is subjected to an internal attack,it will fail.Trust management is considered to be an effective complement to the security of wireless sensor networks.Based on the characteristics of wireless sensor network and the characteristics of existing trust management mechanism,this paper proposes a wireless sensor network node trust model based on communication.Considering the uncertainty of trust and reputable nodes are overused,this paper presents a wireless sensor network node trust model based on communication and energy.It can guarantee the security performance of the network,but also extend the network life cycle.The main work of this paper is as follows:(1)Based on the characteristics of wireless sensor network,a wireless sensor network node trust model based on communication is proposed.The model calculates the communication trust value by Bayesian theory to judge whether the network node is reliable.In this paper,we first analyze the advantages and disadvantages of the basic Bayesian theory to evaluate the trust value,and then improve the shortcomings.In order to prevent non-invasive factors caused by abnormal network behavior,the introduction of abnormal discount factor.In order to reflect the sensitivity of trust to time,the introduction of adaptive forgetting factors to weaken the impact of past behavior.In order to prevent the malicious nodes of the slander,the introduction of deviation to filter some of the recommended nodes.The experimental results show that the proposed model has high detection rate and low false detection rate,and has good network security performance.(2)The Bayesian theory does not take into account the uncertainty of the trust and the reputable nodes are overused.In this paper,a wireless sensor network node trust model based on communication and energy is proposed.The model is divided into communication trust module and energy trust module.The communication trust module introduces the entropy-based risk assessment mechanism on the basis of(1).It can reflect the uncertainty of trust.The energy trust module models the residual energy of the node and calculates the energy trust value of the node.Finally,integrated communication trust and energy trust to evaluate the trust of nodes.The experimental results show that the model proposed in this paper has high detection rate and low false detection rate,and guarantees the network security performance while extending the life cycle of the network.
