齿谐波励磁的混合励磁发电机温度场计算与分析

【摘要】 齿谐波励磁的混合励磁发电机是一种新型的混合励磁发电机,准确计算该电机的各部分损耗及温度场,对其优化设计具有非常重要的意义。因此,本文主要围绕该电机的损耗及温度场进行研究,探讨主要设计参数对该电机温度的影响。简述了齿谐波励磁的混合励磁发电机基本结构和工作原理,分析了电机各部分损耗计算方法,并借助有限元软件,计算了该电机的定、转子铁耗、永磁体涡流损耗以及附加损耗。分析了定子槽口宽度、气隙长度和永磁体厚度等设计参数对齿谐波电动势的影响,结果表明:在其他设计参数一定时,定子槽口越大、气隙越小、永磁体充磁方向越厚,转子齿谐波电动势越大。同时计算了这些设计参数对定、转子铁耗的影响。结果表明:气隙长度越小、永磁体充磁方向越厚,电机定、转子铁耗越大,而定子槽口宽度越大,定子铁耗略有减小。推导了齿谐波励磁的混合励磁发电机二维温度场计算模型,采用Maxwell和Fluent软件相结合的方法对其温度场进行计算,得到了定、转子温度分布云图,可以准确把握发电机的温度分布情况,并计算了设计参数对该电机温度的影响。结果表明:发电机温度主要集中在定、转子铁心内和绕组处,与实际吻合,验证了温度场计算的正确性,为该电机的优化设计提供了依据。
【Abstract】 Hybrid excitation generator with tooth harmonic excitation is a new type of hybrid excitation permanent magnet synchronous generator,and the loss and temperature field of the machine are calculated accurately,which is very important for its optimal design.Therefore,this paper mainly focuses on the loss and temperature field of the motor,and the influence of the main design parameters on the temperature of the machine are discussed.The basic structure and working principle of the hybrid excitation generator of tooth excitation are introduced briefly.The calculation method of the loss of each part of the machine is analyzed.The stator and rotor iron consumption,the permanent magnet eddy current loss and the additional loss are calculated by means of finite element software.The influence of the design parameters such as stator slot width,air gap length and permanent magnet thickness on the rotor tooth harmonic electromotive force is analyzed.The results show that when the other design parameters are constant,the larger the stator slot is,the smaller the air gap is,the thicker the permanent magnet magnetization direction,the greater the rotor tooth electromotive force.The influence of these design parameters on the iron consumption of the stator and rotor is also calculated.The results show that the smaller the air gap length is,the thicker the permanent magnet magnetization direction,the greater the iron consumption of the stator and rotor,while the stator slot width is larger,the stator iron consumption is slightly reduced.The two-dimensional temperature field calculation model of the hybrid excitation generator with tooth harmonic excitation is deduced.The method of the combination of Maxwell and Fluent software to calculate the temperature field is adopted.The temperature distribution of stator and rotor are obtained,which can accurately grasp the generator temperature distribution,and calculate the design parameters of the machine temperature.The simulation results show that the temperature of the generator is mainly concentrated in the core and winding of thestator and rotor,which is in good agreement with the actual situation.It verifies the correctness of the calculation of the temperature field,which provides the basis for the optimal design of the machine.
