高中生友善价值观教育研究

【摘要】 2013年12月23日中央办公厅印发《关于培育和践行社会主义核心价值观的意见》,从三个层面把社会主义核心价值观概括为24个字,即国家层面:富强、民主、文明、和谐;社会层面:自由、平等、公正、法治;个人层面:爱国、敬业、诚信、友善。“爱国、敬业、诚信、友善”是个人层面上社会主义核心价值观的一种凝练,是我国社会主义社会公民的价值引领、价值追求和价值规范。其中,友善作为公民的价值规范,为高中生友善价值观的培育提供了根本指引,应成为高中生的价值追求。高中生作为祖国的未来、民族的希望和中国特色社会主义事业的生力军,他们能否树立社会主义核心价值观事关社会主义事业的前途和命运。因此,本文选取高中生作为研究对象,从高中生和教师两部分着手,深入实地调研,对高中生友善价值观教育进行深入研究,并根据调查结果发现:高中生友善价值观及其教育状况存在亟待解决的问题;教师对友善价值观认知存在偏差;教师友善价值观的示范作用弱。基于调查发现存在的问题,本文从个人、家庭、学校、社会四个方面分析影响高中生友善价值观形成及教育的原因,并在此基础上,从高中生身心发展规律出发,并结合调查中学高中部的实际,提出了高中生友善价值观教育的对策,即加强个人修养,发挥榜样示范作用,建立健全长效机制,培育良好的友善价值观环境。

【Abstract】 In December 23,2013 the central office issued on the cultivation and practice the socialist core values of the opinions,the socialist core values summed up in 24 words from three aspects,namely:national prosperity,democracy,civilization,harmony;Society:freedom,equality,justice,rule of law;the individual level:patriotism,dedication.Honest,friendly."Patriotism,dedication,integrity,kindness" is a kind of concise socialist core values on a personal level,individual citizens value of socialist society in China to lead the pursuit of value and value standards.Among them,friendly as the value standard of citizens,provided the basic guidelines for the cultivation of friendly view of the values of high school students.High school students should become the value pursuit.High school students as the future of the motherland,the hope of the nation and the main force of the socialist cause,they can establish the correct values of socialism constructing the harmonious socialist society construction and human fate.Therefore,this paper selected high school students as the research object,starting from the two part of the high school students and teachers,in-depth field research on friendly value of high school students education for further study,and according to the results of the survey found that:the concept and educational status problems to be solved and friendly values of high school students;teachers,cognitive bias on friendly values;teachers’ demonstration friendly values is weak.The survey found that based on the existing problems,this article from the individual,family,school and society four aspects of concept formation and friendly education values of high school students,and on this basis,starting from the high school students’ physical and mental development,and combined with the actual survey of senior high school,and puts forward some countermeasures for friendly high school student values education that is,to strengthen the personal cultivation,play the exemplary role,establish a sound long-term mechanism to cultivate friendly value good view of the environment.
