中职院校“订单式”人才培养模式应用问题研究

【摘要】 中等职业教育处于职业教育系统的基础层面,是一种与社会经济发展紧密联系,以为我国培养应用型高技能人才为使命的教育。目前,我国技术型人才尤其是高技能人才相对缺乏。随着我国经济发展步入新常态,供给侧结构性改革不断推进,对人力资本的素质提出了新的要求,为了适应时代发展和社会需要,中职院校不断开拓创新人才培养模式,“订单式”人才培养模式应时而生。该模式是校方和企业方在彼此利益得到保障的前提下,共同签订育人协议、实施育人方案,为企业方菜单式的培养专业理论知识扎实、实践操作技能过硬的准员工。这种方式实现了学校发展和企业效益的“双赢”,加快了职业教育发展的步伐。但是,校企双方在实际应用这种教育模式时仍遇到了很多问题。本文以ZZSY技师学院的“订单式”人才培养模式为研究对象,运用文献资料法和案例分析法对其开展“订单”培养的动因、运行体系、实施程序进行研究,通过问卷、访谈等方法对参与“订单式”人才培养的相关学生、教师和领导进行调研,从而发现其中存在的问题,例如:教材重理论轻实践、实训设备不能满足“订单”要求、企业参与“订单”培养的热情不高等等,然后针对问题提出优化对策,希望通过校企双方理论联系实际,共编校本教材、加强校内外实训基地建设、企业参与人才培养的全过程等措施,能够改进ZZSY技师学院“订单式”人才培养模式的应用过程,并为区域内同类中职技工类院校提供一定程度的借鉴,同时也呼吁政府及相关部门、企业能够更多的关注“订单式”人才培养模式、关注中职技工教育,共同为培育“大国工匠”助力。本文主要内容分为三个部分:第一部分简要概述,分别阐述了“订单式”人才培养模式的概念、特征、基本要素和理论基础等;第二部分提出问题,通过案例剖析指出“订单式”人才培养模式应用中存在的问题;第三部分对症下药,为该模式的良性发展提出优化策略。希望通过本文的研究和分析,能够对解决中职院校在应用“订单式”人才培养模式时发现的问题起到些许作用,能够为该模式的进一步发展贡献力量。

【Abstract】 The basic level of the vocational education system is the secondary vocational education,which is closely related to the social and economic development.It aims to cultivate the highly skilled talents for applications.Recently,the lack of the highly skilled talents has become a seriously social problem in China.With China’s economy stepping into a new state,the structural reform in supply side is moving forward.Consequently,there is a new requirement towards to the quality of human resource.In order to adapt to the development of the ages and social needs,vocational colleges and universities continually explore the mode of the talents training,so as to the ‘order-based’ cultivating mode appears.This mode is based on the balance of benefits for both school and company sides.Then,they sign a joint education agreement and carry out education programs to cultivate employees,who have professional theory knowledge and practical operation skills,for companies.This way achieves the ‘win-win’ effects on both sides and accelerates the pace of development of vocational education.However,there are still many problems in the process of practice.In this paper,the researched object is the ‘order-based’ cultivating mode in ZZSY vocational college.And this paper adopts the literature and case analysis method to research the reasons,operation system and implementation procedures of the ‘order-based’ cultivating mode.After a plenty of questionnaires and interviews on the related personnel,many problems are found out.For example,the theory in teaching materials is hard to practice,training facility is lacked,the company managers are indifferent in talents cultivating.At last,the author makes some suggestions,such as strengthen the corporation of school and company sides in the theoretical and practical fields for the purpose of improving this mode of ZZSY vocational college and offering the references to the same kind of colleges.Meanwhile,this paper calls on the society to pay attention on the ‘order-based’ cultivating mode,the secondary vocational education and promote China’s educational development.There are three parts in this paper.The first part explains the definition,features,elements and theory basis of the ‘order-based’ cultivating mode.The second part raises up the questions and analyzes them through some cases.The third part puts forward some optimization strategies for the development of this mode.This paper aims to make a contribution to the ‘order-based’ cultivating mode research field and assuredly solve some practical problems.
