碳政策下易腐品的最优库存策略研究

【摘要】 现如今,温室气体造成的全球气候变暖问题越来越受到人们的重视。各个国家和组织通过制定一系列政策来控制碳排放量,比如碳交易政策、碳税政策、碳限额政策和碳惩罚政策。碳排放量已成为企业进行决策的一个重要参考依据,易腐品由于其易变质的特性在运输以及存储过程在中会消耗更多的资源,从而对环境的影响要高于一般性产品。因此,在倡导低碳的经济环境下,研究碳政策下供应链企业的易腐品库存策略是有重要意义的。本文研究不同碳政策下易腐品的库存优化问题。当需求率为当前库存水平的线性函数,产品的变质率服从两参数的Weibull分布时,建立了以最大平均总利润为目标的非线性约束优化问题,证明了最优补货周期的存在性与唯一性。通过与传统的易腐品库存优化模型以及以最小碳排放量为目标的碳模型进行比较,分析了碳交易政策和碳税政策对零售商最优库存策略的影响。论文内容安排如下:第一章,介绍碳政策下易腐品库存优化问题的研究背景,对国内外相关研究现状进行评述,介绍本文的主要研究成果。第二章,研究不允许缺货时碳政策下易腐品的库存优化问题。在碳政策下确定零售商的最优补货策略,并与传统易腐品库存模型进行比较。通过灵敏度分析,研究系统参数对零售商最优利润、最优补货周期以及碳排放量的影响。第三章,研究允许缺货时碳政策下易腐品的库存优化问题。确定碳交易和碳税碳政策下零售商的最优补货策略,分析比较两种政策对零售商最优利润和碳排放量的影响,确定对零售商有利的碳政策。最后利用灵敏度分析研究参数对零售商最优决策的影响。
【Abstract】 Nowadays,global warming caused by greenhouse gases is gaining more and more attention.Countries and organizations have adopted a series of policies to control the carbon emissions,such as carbon trading policy,carbon tax policy,carbon tax policy and carbon punishment policy.Carbon emissions has become an important reference for enterprises to make decisions.Perishable goods because of its perishable characteristics in the transport and storage process will consume more resources,so its impact on the environment is higher than the general product.Therefore,in the promotion of low-carbon economic environment,the study of carbon policy supply chain enterprises perishable inventory strategy is of great significance.This paper studies the inventory optimization of perishable products under different carbon policies.The demand rate is formulated as a linear function with respect to the current inventory level,and the deteriorating rates satisfy Weibull distribution with two-parameter.A nonlinear optimization model with equality constraint is constructed to Maximum the average total profit,and the existence and uniqueness of the optimal solution are proved.This paper compares with the traditional perishable inventory optimization model and the carbon model with the minimum carbon footprint as the target,and analyzes the effects of carbon trading policy and carbon tax policy on retailer’s optimal inventory strategy.The main content of this paper is organized as follows:Inchapter 1,the main content is to introduce the background of the inventory optimization problem of perishable goods under carbon policy.The chapter reviews the current research situation at home and abroad,and shows the main research results of this paper.Inchapter 2,the main content is to study on the inventory optimization of perishable products under the carbon policy.The optimal replenishment strategy of the retailer is determined under the carbon policy and compares with the traditional perishable inventory model.Through the sensitivity analysis,the influence of the system parameters on the optimal profit,the optimal replenishment cycle and the carbon emission of the retailer will be studied.Inchapter 3,the main content is to study on the inventory optimization problem of perishable goods under the carbon policy when the out of stock is allowed.It will determine the optimal replenishment strategy for retailers under carbon trading and carbon tax,and analyze the impact of the two policies on retailers’ optimal profits and carbon emissions,and determine the optimal carbon policy for the retailer.We will study the influence of the parameter on the optimal decision of the retailer sensitivity by the sensitivity analysis.
