【摘要】 对于中国读者而言,政治讽刺作品仍然是个非常陌生的题材,背后的原因是因为国内的读者对于国外的政治以及相关的术语不甚了解。然而,随着全球化进程的不断深化,如今国内的读者对于全球事件的关注度也日益加大。正因为如此,国内对外国政治讽刺作品的也愈发关注起来,而对这一类作品的翻译需求也开始加大。虽然此前国内有许多对于文学作品的研究,然而研究的对象很少有涉及到政治讽刺这一题材,大部分的研究都集中在了诗歌,戏剧以及电影,而从翻译的角度来解读政治讽刺作品的研究则更是凤毛麟角。本文选择了迈克·摩尔的作品《哥们儿,我的国家在哪里》作为研究对象,试图对翻译过程中出现的翻译难点及问题进行总结,并针对翻译时采用的翻译手法以及政治讽刺作品的特点进行详细的分析,希望能通过这些工作,让我们的翻译能更上一层楼,并为未来此类作品的翻译提供借鉴,提升我们在这一领域的翻译水平。该作品的翻译过程中存在着许多难点和问题,首先,该作品的翻译是多位译者共同努力的结晶,因此针对不同译员之间翻译的协调会是本文讨论的重点之一。其次,该作品大量存在着晦涩的专业词汇,这些词汇对于普通读者来说难以理解,因此对于文本的细节翻译显得尤为重要。其三,由于该作品为政治讽刺题材,因此文中充斥着各类直接和隐晦的讽刺元素,如何准确恰当地将这些讽刺元素呈现给国内读者也是本文讨论的重点。最后,由于迈克·摩尔是一位土生土长的美国人,因此文中充斥着各类难以找到中文对应词的本土化词句,如何在目的论的指导下将这些词句准确地翻译成中文也是本文讨论的重难点。本文将详细讨论如何解决该作品中出现的以上各类翻译问题,并对此翻译实践过程中得出的经验教训加以总结。作者遵循目的论原则,结合实例对逐字翻译进行了批判,并指出其不恰当的使用。同时,报告探讨了多种翻译方法以解决政治讽刺小说翻译过程中的各项难点。最重要的是,报告里针对翻译过程中合作翻译的探讨无疑将为未来相关工作提供有力借鉴。更多还原

【Abstract】 Political satire is unfamiliar to the public in China,the reason of which can be attributed to the fact that Chinese public are not familiar with foreign politics and its related jargons.However,during the course of globalization,Chinese readers nowadays have much more interests in global issues.As a result,political satire for the first time has been drawing public attentions and translating those works has become a pressing issue.Although there had been a lot of studies on Literature,few had any relevance to political satire.Most of the studies were concentrated on areas like poetry,drama and movie.There were even less analyses on political satire from the perspective of translation.This thesis chooses to target at the translation of Michael Moore’s work Dude,Where is My Country.It tries to generalize the difficulties during translation and reassess the adopted translation tactics as well as analyzes the features of political satire.By doing so,we will be able to benefit from our work and improve our ability in translating such works.There are many difficulties regarding the translation of this book.First,the translation requires cooperation among different translators.Second,this book is full of technical terms that are unfamiliar to laymen.Third,there are a lot of sarcastic elements in this book and how to properly translate those sentences is a tough job.Last but not the least,Michael Moore is an American,so his book is full of sentences that have no Chinese equivalents.How to properly translate those sentences under the guideline of Skopos theory is also an issue.This thesis is also dedicated to demonstrating how those issues are addressed and what could be learned.The author followed the rule of Skopos theory and revisited the concept of verbatim translation by laying out examples of its erroneous application.In addition,different translation strategies were explored to solve various problems in translating political satire.Most importantly,the collaborative efforts behind the completion of the translation task will undoubtedly benefit future works in this field.更多还原
