300W风力机木芯叶片模态特性实验研究

【摘要】 叶片在风力机中主要是将风能转化为机械能的柔性体,在风载荷作用时会发生振动,而叶片铺层方式影响其结构。所以研究叶片铺层方式与模态关系有着重要意义。300W风力机叶片采用以樟松木为芯,外铺3层玻璃纤维复合材料构成。使用SDJF-30KN型电子式万能试验机对樟松木进行压缩实验,得其顺纹方向的断裂力7.32kN,断裂强度11.8MPa,横纹方向的断裂力0.38kN,断裂强度3.3MPa;分别使用HV-1000TM型和SDJF-30KN型电子式万能试验机对3层玻璃纤维复合材料进行表面硬度实验和拉伸实验,得其表面硬度HD为13,断裂力为1.7kN,断裂强度6.4MPa。该铺层下使用丹麦B&K公司的PULSE Reflex系统进行模态实验分析,将此叶片近似看作悬臂梁,采用锤击法,用加速度传感器和力传感器结合软件对信号进行采集和分析。试验结果表明:木芯叶片的1阶固有频率23.30Hz、1阶阻尼比5.29%和振型,通过与木芯叶片的转动频率20.01Hz相比较,得出此木芯叶片发生共振几率较大。另外在华北电力大学风洞实验室测试了 300W风电机组的功率特性,风力机的启动风速在4.5m/s左右,当风速达到6.2m/s时风力机达到额定功率,与设计风速8m/s相比低了 1.7m/s,此风力机在该风洞中洞壁效应较大,不能反映真实现象。
【Abstract】 In the wind turbine,the blade mainly converts the wind energy into the flexible body of mechanical energy,and the vibration occurs when the wind loads,and the blade laying mode influences the structure.Therefore,it is important to study the relationship between the paving mode and the modal relations.300W wind turbine blades are made of camphor pine and covered with 3 layers of glass fiber.The use of SDJF-30KN type electronic universal testing machine,with the blade was camphor pine compression experiment in longitudinal direction and transverse direction,the longitudinal direction of fracture strength 7.32kN,fracture strength 11.8MPa,transverse direction fracture strength 0.38kN,tensile strength of 3.3MPa:The surface hardness test and tensile test of 3 glass fiber reinforced composites were carried out using HV-1000TM and SDJF-30KN electronic universal testing machine respectively.The surface hardness HD was 13,the breaking force was 1.7kN,and the fracture strength was 6.4MPa.Experimental modal analysis of PULSE Reflex system using the Danish company under the B&k layer,this leaves approximately as a cantilever beam,with hammering method,the acceleration sensor and the force sensor with software to collect and analyze the signals required to get the natural frequency.vibration mode and damping ratio.The experimental results show that the 1 order natural frequencies of wood core blade 23.30Hz,1 order damping ratio 5.29%and vibration mode are compared with the rotation frequency 20.01 Hz of wood core blade,and it is found that the resonance probability of this wood core blade is larger.In addition to the North China Electric Power University wind tunnel laboratory tested 300W power characteristics of wind turbine,wind turbine start-up wind speed at about 4.5m/s,when the wind speed reaches 6.2m/s wind turbine rated power.Compared with the design wind speed 8 m/s below the 1.7 m/s,the wind turbines in the wind tunnel wall effect is bigger,can’t reflect the real phenomenon
