中速磨煤机风煤比统计分析

【摘要】 国内大容量燃煤机组多数采用中速磨直吹式制粉系统,而磨煤机是锅炉设备制粉系统的核心设备,其工作状态对于整个机组运行的安全和经济性有重要作用。为了保证制粉系统的控制品质需要对磨煤机设备状态和故障模式进行研究。已有的研究结果表明,风煤比是影响中速磨煤机运行状况的主要因素。电站燃烧控制系统的主要任务是:维持主蒸汽压力的稳定、维持燃烧过程的经济性以及维持炉膛压力的稳定。而保证燃烧控制系统的关键因素还是风煤比。因此风煤比的控制与优化无论对于安全运行还是经济燃烧都是燃煤机组的重要课题。本文主要从统计分析的角度出发,利用机组历史数据建立起磨煤机的运行状态模型以及炉膛尾部烟道含氧量的模型。借助这些模型可以帮助机组人员快速掌握当前磨煤机和风煤比的运行状态,从而起到辅助调节和保护的作用。

【Abstract】 Domestic large capacity coal-fired units most uses medium speed mill direct blowing pulverizing system,and the coal mill is the core equipment of coal pulverizing system of boiler equipment,its working condition for the whole unit operation security and economy play an important role.In order to ensure that the quality of the coal pulverizing system control need of coal mill equipment state and fault modes were studied.The existing research results show that the wind coal ratio is the main factors influencing the medium-speed coal mill running status.Power plant is the main task of the combustion control system: to maintain the stability of main steam pressure,maintain the efficiency of combustion process and maintain the stability of the furnace pressure.And ensure the combustion control system of the key factors or coal than the wind.So the wind coal ratio control and optimization for safe operation and economic combustion is an important topic of the coal-fired units.This article mainly from the perspective of statistical analysis,utilizes historical data to build a coal mill unit running state model and the oxygen content in the tail flue.With the help of these models can help crew quickly grasp the current and the wind mill coal than the running state,which have the effect of supplementary control and protection.
