振动压实动态监测的无线网络实时传输技术研究

【摘要】 通信技术的蓬勃发展,尤其是无线网络通信技术的发展,使越来越多的工业应用领域加快了其信息化进程。在监控与检测应用领域中,无线网络传输技术自身的诸多优势,为高质量的压实监测提供了一种重要的借鉴手段。工程实践表明,沥青路面施工工艺是工程质量的最终保障。尽管施工中会有各级管理、监理人员实施旁站施工和检测,但最终也只限于一定频率的抽检。且实际施工中,沥青混合料在现场碾压过程中各部位的状态是不一而同的,仅以一定频率的检测是无法全面获得各种质量信息及其变化趋势,而这些信息及其变化趋势恰恰是确保施工质量的重要参数。鉴于此,如何做到振动压实施工中真正意义的过程控制,做到“无缝式、无盲点”地监管,最大限度降低施工变异性,也成了建设者们进一步思考的问题。本文提出了一种基于中国联通WCDMA提供的3G网络无线传输服务的振动压实远程动态监测系统,实现了项目管理、监理人员从任意通过宽带网络接入因特网的PC平台监测位于中国联通WCDMA网络覆盖下的施工现场振动压实状况。在振动压实施工现场,通过采集振动压路机振动轮的加速度信号,并对其进行信号筛选、滤波去噪、数学拟合等相关处理,建立“振动加速度——压实度”相关关系式。通过引入压实度相关参数k与b,建立压实度与振动加速度的关系式。在无线网络传输部分,通过配置虚拟网卡,构建一根虚拟网线将前端数据采集分析仪器,3G路由器,服务器及远程监测PC平台连接起来,使前端设备和远端监测PC平台位于同一个虚拟的局域网内,实现自由通信,有效解决了传统通信架构中查找不到3G路由器的IP地址问题,提高监测系统的总体稳定性。最后通过LabVIEW程序设计语言,开发了具有3G网络无线传输功能的振动压实远程实时监测系统,并具有数据保存、数据检索及报警功能。经内部测试和项目施工试用,相对于传统压实度检测方法,带有无线传输功能的压实度实时检测系统不但能够有效解决传统压实度检测方法中抽样点少的问题,而且解决了传统检测方法的滞后性,做到了实时检测,提高了检测效率。与同类系统相比,具有实时性好,成本低,应用范围广的特点,从而为沥青路面施工过程中的过程控制和质量管理提供良好的借鉴。

【Abstract】 With the rapid development of communication technology,especially the development of wireless network communication technology,more and more industrial applications accelerate the process of its informatization.In the monitoring and testing applications,wireless network transmission technology of many advantages provide an important reference tool for the high quality of the compaction monitoring.Engineering practices show that asphalt pavement construction technology is the guarantee of engineering quality.Yet all level of management,supervision personnel will detect the construction,it is limited to a certain frequency sampling.In the practical construction,different parts of the asphalt mixture in the process of mixing,rolling are different,a certain frequency detection is not comprehensive.In view of this,how to realize the construction of the real process control,achieve "seamless type,no blind spots "regulation,reduce the variability of the construction,has become a further problem for the builders.Proposed a kind of vibration compaction monitoring system based on 3 G services provided by China Unicom WCDMA network in this paper,to achieve the goal that the project management,supervision,personnel can monitor any vibration compaction construction site under the coverage of China Unicom WCDMA though PC platform getting access to the Internet.The vibration roller acceleration signals collected by the data acquisition system in the construction site,were analyzed by industrial computer.The vibration acceleration signals were converted to the value of the degree of compaction by the empirical formula and displayed in real time and the results were send to the remote monitoring PC platform.The project management,supervision of personnel on the construction site vibration compaction equipment and compaction of real time monitoring,data saving,which provides the basis for management decisions.Also supported the simple data retrieval,less and more compaction level alarm function.Though the internal testing and project construction trial,compared with the traditional compaction test method,with the function of wireless transmission compaction real-time system can not only effectively solve the traditional compaction test method of fewer sampling point problems,and solve the lag of the traditional detection method,the real-time detection improves the detection efficiency.Compared with the similar system,it’s real-time monitoring system,low cost,wide application,thus provide a good reference for the asphalt pavement construction process control and quality management.
