沥青路面雾封养护剂材料路用性能研究

【摘要】 随着我国交通事业的迅速发展,沥青路面在各种自然因素及繁重的交通荷载的作用下,出现了沥青老化脱落、松散、微裂缝等早期病害现象。雾封层技术作为一种沥青路面预防性养护措施,它的主要功能是还原老化沥青、粘结松散集料、封闭微小裂缝,防止路面渗水以及改善路表外观。本文首先对沥青路面早期病害的类型以及成因进行了简单的介绍,然后,结合国内外对预防性养护技术的研究,阐述再生雾封层技术的定义、特点及作用,对雾封层相对于其他预防性性养护措施的优缺点进行了对比,同时针对我国沥青路面早期病害的特点提出了其适用的条件。从雾封层材料特点出发,先对涉及到的沥青老化还原机理进行介绍,然后从流体力学的角度阐述了其流入微裂缝、渗入路面结构层的机理,接着阐述了当下主要的雾封层材料强度形成机理。为雾封层技术在封闭路面微裂缝、防止渗水,还原老化沥青等方面提供理论基础,同时相应提出了对其材料的性能要求。通过室内试验先对护剂材料本身的防老化性能及渗透性、还原性进行研究,然后将其涂抹在车辙板上,研究其渗透性及对沥青混合料的防水、抗滑功能,完善对养护剂材料的评价体系。通过试验路段对其施工工艺以及路用性能进行研究,最后对采用寿命周期法对其经济方面的优势进行了分析。研究发现,雾封层技术发挥其作用的关键在于三个因素,即材料、工艺、设备。其材料的性能,特别是其渗透性,与集料和沥青的黏附性,都是影响其功能发挥的重要因素,在其施工的过程中,喷洒剂量的确定需要通过现场的试验来确定。雾封层技术可以有效的还原老化沥青,封闭微小裂缝,加强路面的防水性能,有效的延长路面中大修期限,降低道路的养护成本,节约养护资金,是一项值得推广应用的沥青路面养护技术。

【Abstract】 With the rapid development of transportation industry in our country,in all kinds of natural factors and the heavy traffic asphalt pavement under the action of the load,the asphalt aging,loose,microfracture early diseases,etc.Fog seal technology as a kind of asphalt pavement preventive maintenance measures,its main function is to restore the aging asphalt,bonding tiny cracks,loose aggregate,closed to prevent pavement water penetration,and improve the look of the route table.In this paper,first of all types and the causes of early diseases of asphalt pavement has carried on the simple introduction,and then,combined with the study of preventive maintenance technology at home and abroad,expounds the definition of fog seal technology,characteristics and function of the fog sealing layer relative to other preventive maintenance measures of the advantages and disadvantages are compared,at the same time,according to the characteristic of early diseases of asphalt pavement in our country its applicable conditions are put forward.From the fog seal material characteristics,to involve the reduction mechanism of asphalt aging are introduced,and then from the Angle of fluid mechanics,this paper expounds the its flows into the micro crack,infiltration mechanism of pavement structure layer,and then expounds the fog seal material strength of the main formation mechanism.As the fog seal technology in closed road microfracture,prevent water penetration,provide theoretical basis for reducing aging asphalt etc aspects,at the same time puts forward the corresponding to the requirements of the material performance.Through the indoor test of protective agent material itself first to study the anti aging properties and permeability,reducing,then daub is on the plate,its permeability and the study of asphalt mixture of waterproof,anti-sliding function,perfect the evaluation system of curing compound materials.Through the test section of the road construction technology and research,finally,by using the method of life cycle economic advantages of analysis.The study found that the fog seal technology is the key to give play to the role of the three factors,namely,material,process,equipment.Its material properties,especially its permeability,and aggregate and asphalt adhesion sex,are the important factors that affect its function,in the process of its construction,the determination of spraying dosage through field experiment to determine.Fog seal technology can effectively restore aging asphalt,closed tiny cracks,strengthen pavement waterproof performance,effectively prolong pavement overhaul period,reduce road maintenance cost,save maintenance funds,is a worthy of popularization and application of asphalt pavement maintenance technology.
