40万吨级超大型散货船操纵性仿真研究

【摘要】 伴随全球经济的逐渐复苏和日益发展,铁矿石的需求量增速迅猛,散货船大型化趋势明显,40万吨级超大型矿石船受到广泛关注,其操纵性能研究成为一个重要课题。为了更加深入研究超大型矿石船(Ultra Large Ore Carrier,ULOC)的操纵性能,本文采用MMG(Maneuvering Model Group)分离建模的方法,通过搜集国内外关于超大型船舶操纵性研究的试验资料,参考对超大型船舶的建模方法,对原有的三自由度数学模型进行完善和拓展,考虑横摇对船舶的影响,建立起四自由度ULOC船舶操纵运动数学模型,利用MATLAB仿真软件对其压载状态下的旋回运动进行仿真得到不同船速、不同受风条件下的ULOC旋回运动仿真试验数据,然后与实船数据进行对比分析,证明所建立起来的ULOC船舶操纵运动数学模型的误差满足精度要求范围,验证了所建立的运动数学模型的精准性和合理性。在所建立的四自由度运动数学模型的基础上,对ULOC在不同载态(满载/压载)、不同水深、不同船速下的旋回性、初始回转性、惯性停船性能进行了仿真预报研究,总结出40万吨级矿石船具有旋回性能好、旋回降速明显,满载状态下旋回性能较压载时要好,旋回过程中横倾较大;船舶初始回转性能好,船舶的转首性能比一般船舶转首角速度大;在浅水域航行时旋回性变差,受浅水效应作用显著,旋回所占区域增大;船舶的惯性停船冲时和停船冲程都比较大,停船减速性能较差等特点。本课题研究能让驾驶员、引航员更加清楚掌握ULOC的操纵性能,为安全操纵ULOC船舶提供相应的参考。

【Abstract】 With the gradual recovery and development of the global economy,the demand for iron ore is increasing continuously and the trend of large-scale development of bulk carriers is obvious.400-thousand-ton super-large ore ship has been widely concerned,so its maneuverability has become an important subject.In order to further study the maneuverability of ULOC(Ultra Large Ore Carrier),this paper adopts MMG(Maneuvering Model Group)thought,collects the experimental data of large vessels both domestic and abroad and refers to literature of establishing model for large vessels,aiming to establish a mathematical model for ULOC of four degrees which are more complete and comprehensive including rolling.The paper utilizes MATLAB to simulate the turning cycle test under ballast condition and makes a contrast with the real ship’s under different speed,different wind condition,verifying that the accuracy and rationality of the mathematical model is within the range of requirement.Based on the model established,this paper conducts the turning cycle simulation of different load conditions under different depth of water and different ship speed.This paper also carries out initial turning ability simulation and inertial stopping simulation.The simulation results show that ULOC has good turning ability and that both ship-speed-loss and heeling angle are obvious.The turning ability is better when the ship is under full load condition.ULOC has a good initial turning ability and the heading rate is better than ordinary ship.When ULOC sails on the shallow water,it has a significant shallow water effect on ship and ship’s turning ability becomes worse,the area of turning cycle becomes larger.The simulation results also show that ULOC has long inertial stopping time and stopping distance and ship’s stopping ability is poor.This paper can make a better understanding of ULOC maneuverability for ship officers and pilots,it can also provide guidance for practical ship handing.
