基于BIM技术的体育场项目应用效益评价

【摘要】 BIM技术作为数字技术在建筑业的直接表达,在国外建筑业扮演着重要的角色,也引发了史无前例的重大变革。然而,自BIM技术传到我国,无论是认识上还是实际应用及推广中上都存在着一定的阻碍和局限性。尽管如此,BIM技术仍然成功应用于许多大型项目,并在提高工程质量、提高项目生产效率、缩短工期和节约成本方面发挥着越来越重要的作用。已经有越来越多的设计单位、承建单位和建设单位加入到了BIM技术应用的队伍中。为了对BIM技术所带来的效益进行有效的测算和评价,明确BIM技术的使用效果,以便利用BIM技术更好地为项目服务。本文以某体育场项目为例,通过构建基于BIM技术的效益评价指标,对BIM效益进行系统和科学的研究。首先,本文对BIM的研究背景以及BIM技术在国内外的应用情况和文献综述、BIM技术的内涵、特点以及BIM效益研究的目的进行了详细的论述。其次,本文基于对国内外BIM效益文献的统计,筛选出了16项效益评价指标,采用德尔菲专家法对指标进行了优化,并借助SPSS软件对效益评价指标的可信度进行了验证。最终得出了包含财务、产品、组织、管理、战略5个方面的BIM效益评价指标体系。最后,本文结合实际项目对BIM效益评价体系的有效性进行了验证,计算了相关效益参数,取得了良好的反馈效果。本文提出的BIM效益评价指标体系能够对不同的参建主体对BIM项目的决策与后评价提供一定的指导和建议。但由于指标体系的构建是基于国内外文献,缺乏从实际项目中提取的指标,所以对于隐性效益的测算需要进一步研究。
【Abstract】 BIM technology is a direct expression of digital technology in the construction industry,and plays an important role in the foreign construction industry,also led to unprecedented major changes.However,since the BIM technology spreads to our country,there is still some obstacles and limitations in whether knowledge or practical application and promotion.Nevertheless,BIM technology still successfully applied to many large projects,and plays an increasingly important role in improving the quality of the project,project efficiency,and shortening the duration and cost savings.There have been more and more design units,construction units and construction units joined the team of BIM technology application.In order to effectively evaluate the benefits of BIM technology,clear effect of BIM technology so we can make use of BIM technology to better serve the project.In this paper,we take a stadium project as an example to build a benefit evaluation based on BIM technology Indicators,and conduct a systematic and scientific research of the BIM benefits.First of all,this paper discusses the background of BIM research and application of BIM technology at home and abroad,the literatures review,the connotation and characteristics of BIM technology and the purpose of BIM benefit research.Secondly,based on the statistics of BIM benefit literatures at home and abroad,16 benefit evaluation indexes are selected and the indexes are optimized by Delphi expert method.And finally draws the BIM benefit evaluation index system which includes five aspects of finance,product,organization,management and strategy.Finally,this paper validates the validity of the BIM benefit evaluation system with the actual project,calculates the relevant benefit parameters,and obtains good feedback effect.The BIM benefit evaluation index system proposed in this paper can provide some guidance and suggestions for different decision-making and post-evaluation of BIM project.However,due to the construction of the index system is based on domestic and foreign literature,lack of indicators extracted from the actual project,so the calculation of hidden benefits need further study.
