【摘要】 随着中国经济的快速发展,中国建筑行业的海外建筑拓展业务的进程也随之加快,力度随之加强,同样,国际工程的承包市场对于企业的经营发展也提出了越来越高的要求。由于综合效益、资源配置、业主倾向等诸多因素,使得EPC总承包模式在国际工程中逐渐成为主流模式。目前国内外众多从事项目管理研究的学者和工程技术人员都对EPC模式加强了研究工作,相比于国内市场,国际工程市场风险因素更多、情况更为复杂。因此,运用有效规避手段来应对相应的风险将成为决定中国建筑企业能否在国际工程承包市场立于不败的关键。站在项目管理的角度,EPC模式能够使项目参与各方的责任更加明确,使项目工程质量能够得到有效保证;EPC模式可以使业主从繁杂、琐碎的项目管理中解放出来,EPC模式也可以使承包商获得更大的利润机会。尽管如此,大的利润伴随着大的风险,EPC模式下总承包商的利润与权利将会得到提升,项目所面临的风险几率也大大提高,正因如此,建筑领域在运用EPC模式时也常常会遇到问题。本文对EPC模式进行了深入分析,按照风险管理流程对喀麦隆社会住房项目EPC模式所存在的风险进行识别,对所面临的主要风险进行分析,并按EPC各阶段对项目风险进行重点分析。利用专家打分法、层次分析法对EPC模式各风险因素进行了权重判别,并依据风险层次排序结果划分各风险因素对项目的影响程度,最后对各项目阶段所存在的风险逐一给出解决方案。更多还原

【Abstract】 Along with the rapid development of Chinese economic,China overseas building expansion process of the construction industry is faster,then strengthen;Similarly,International engineering contracting market for the business development of the enterprise is also higher and higher demands are proposed.Due to the comprehensive benefit,resource allocation,the owner tendency,and many other factors,makes the EPC general contracting mode in the international engineering gradually become the mainstream mode.As a result,many experts and engineering professionals for EPC project management pattern began to strengthen the attention and research,the international engineering contracting market compared to the domestic market,which has the characteristics of the risk factors,more and more complex.Therefore,to use effective means to avoid to face the corresponding risk will be decide whether or not a Chinese construction companies in the international project contracting market is the key to winning.Standing in the point of view of project management,EPC mode allows the parties involved clear responsibility,ensure the engineering quality effectively;Standing in the perspective of the owner and the EPC mode can make its from multifarious,the liberation of the happenings in project management;Stand in the Angle of the general contractor,EPC mode can make it gain greater profit opportunities.However,profit and risk coexist,the profit as the general contractor and right ascension,project risk faced by chance also greatly improved.It was also because the characteristics of the EPC project risk big profits high,in the construction industry also encountered many problems in applying the model.This paper deeply analyzes the EPC mode,on this basis,according to the risk management process of the EPC model of risk identification,analyzing main risk to the contractor,and to focus on the project risk analysis in each stage of the EPC.Using expert scoring method,analytic hierarchy process(AHP),weights of various risk factors of EPC pattern discrimination,according to risk level sort out various risk factors on the impact of the project,and finally to the project risks by solution is given.更多还原
