钢管桁架相贯节点加强板的分析与设计

【摘要】 钢管结构优点是用钢量省、轻巧美观、节点形式简单、结构性能优良等,它迅速的发展成我国重要的结构形式,具有越来越广泛的应用范围。天津萨马兰奇纪念馆的大悬挑及大跨度部分采用钢桁架结构,其针对钢管结构的特点充分利用吊顶空间并进行设备管线综合,保证建筑方案吊顶高度的要求,实现工程的高品质需求。支管带外加强板的管桁架是一种常见的节点形式,主要用于支管(腹杆)之间夹角较小、管径较大的情况下,这不仅使结构安装变得容易,而且补强了被大量削弱的支管,对于支管加强板设计的研究至今还很少,规范中对此也没有明确的规定。鉴于此,本文进行了如下的研究工作:(1)理论研究,判断钢管桁架节点的破坏特征和破坏机理;阐述有限元的理论,包括弹塑性理论与非线性问题的理论。(2)试验研究运用加载装置对试件进行试验加载,确定K型钢管节点的管壁厚度和直径大小对试件极限承载力的影响。(3)利用ansys有限元软件建立了在不同变量和腹杆之间夹角较小情况下的K型(带一字型外加强板)和KK型(带十字型外加强板)钢管节点有限元模型,另外还分别建立了不带加强板的K型(包括一管削弱和两管削弱两种情况)、KK型钢管节点(包括三管削弱和四管削弱两种情况)有限元模型,进行对比分析,得出加强板受力特点,从而制定出加强板厚度的设计计算公式。

【Abstract】 Steel structure advantage is that the amount of steel province,light and beautiful,simple node form,excellent structural properties,it quickly developed into an important structure in the form of having a more extensive range of applications.Tianjin large cantilevered Samaranch Memorial and large span steel truss structure part,which make full use of the characteristics of the steel structure of the ceiling space of pipelines and equipment to ensure that the requirements of the construction program ceiling height,high quality requirements of the project.Branch pipe band truss stiffeners is a common form of nodes,is mainly used between the manifold(web member)the smaller the angle,the larger diameter,this structure not only makes installation easier,and make up stronger large quantities weakened branch,designed for the study of plate manifold strengthen still few specifications have also not clearly defined.In view of this,this paper carried out the following research:(1)theoretical study to determine failure characteristics and failure mechanism of steel truss nodes;expounded the theory of finite element,including elastoplastic theory and nonlinear theories.(2)Experimental study on the use of the loading device for loading specimens were tested to determine the influence of wall thickness and diameter K-type steel tubular joint ultimate bearing capacity of the specimen.(3)the use of finite element software ansys established K type between different variables and the angle between the webs smaller case(with a shaped outer reinforcing plate)and KK type(with a cross-shaped outer reinforcing plate)steel pipe limited node metamodel,also were established without strengthening K-type plate(including a weakening and two weakened both cases),KK-type steel tubular joint(including three to weaken and undermine both cases four)finite element model,comparative analysis,the mechanical characteristics of the reinforcing plate,in order to develop a formula designed to strengthen the plate thickness.
