【摘要】 作为中国经济的一个重要行业,医药行业的发展受到中国社会经济发展的带动和国家政策的扶持,近些年取得了长足的进步。但在发展的同时,也存在许多亟待解决的问题。其中,如何提升物流控制水平、有效降低物料成本、提高物流效率,是其中一个重要问题。国家食药监局2010年修订颁布新版GMP,对医药企业加强物流控制提出了更高的要求,也为医药企业提高物流管理水平提供了契机。作为企业物流控制工作中的重要一环,物料管理是企业降低生产成本、提高产品质量,以及供应链运作顺畅的一个重要部分。我国医药企业加强物料管理,对于提高医药产品质量、降低医药产品价格、促进整个医药行业的健康发展,具有重要的意义。本文以Y生物医药公司为研究对象,对该公司的物料管理现状进行了调研分析。找出其中存在的信息化水平低下、计划缺失、物料流程管理落后等问题。提出相应的改进措施,以促使该公司物料管理向科学化、规范化方向迈进,并力争达到提高企业经济效益、促进企业发展壮大的目的。本文分为五个部分:第一章介绍了选题背景、研究目的和范围、研究方法和结构安排,确立了论文的框架;第二章阐述了物料管理相关概念和基本理论,为课题的研究提供了理论支撑;第三章分析了Y生物医药公司的物料管理现状,找出问题之所在;第四章提出了Y生物医药公司物料管理问题的解决思路,设计了物料管理问题的解决方案;第五章总结了全文的研究分析,描述了Y生物医药公司物料管理策略实施的效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 As an important part of China’s economy,the pharmaceutical industry,which is driven by social development,as well as national policy support,has made dramatic progress in the past decades.While,there are also many problems appearance at the meantime.Such as,how to increase the logistics control level,to reduce material costs,and to improve the logistics efficiency.These problems become a very important part during the development of the whole industry.The State of Food and Drug Administration issued a revised version of GMP in 2010,strengthen the logistics control for the pharmaceutical industry,which also provided an opportunity for the pharmaceutical enterprises to improve their logistics management.As an important part of the logistic control,material management plays a very important role in reducing product costs,improving product quality,as well as the performing a better operation of the supply chain.The management of pharmaceutical enterprises in China,the improvement of product quality,as well as the reduction of drug prices of pharmaceutical products,becomes more and more significant in the development of the pharmaceutical industry.This thesis takes the Y biological medical company as an object of the research,performs investigation and analysis to the company’s material management situation.The aim of this paper is to find out the problems in business planning,material management,information system,etc.And then provide corresponding measures,to perform a scientific material management for the company,to standardize the flow of the business work,and to improve the effective and efficiency of enterprises.There are five parts in this article: the first chapter introduces the background,purpose and scope of the study,and research methods as well as the structure of this paper;the second chapter explains the related concepts and basic theory of material management,and provides the theoretical support for the research;the third chapter analyzes the current situation of material management in Y biological medical company,and find out the problems;the fourth chapter provides the solutions to the material management problems of Y biological medical company;the fifth chapter gives a conclusion to the research,and summarizes the effective of the material management strategy of Y biological medical company.更多还原
