【摘要】 医院信息化建设是科学技术在医疗卫生领域的应用,它不仅方便了医院的管理者,也方便了患者,医院通过运用科技手段有效的改善了患者就诊流程繁杂的问题,极大的促进医院的发展。经过10年的发展,北京丰台中西医结合医院信息系统逐步完善,医院运行效率明显提升。丰台中西医结合医院晋升三级甲等中西医结合医院以来,三级医院内涵建设和北京市卫计委数据上传的需求,与医院落后的信息化建设之间的矛盾日益突出。建立先进高效的信息化系统,已经成为医院发展的首页任务。因此,本文研究的目的旨在对北京市丰台中西医结合医院信息系统更新实施中遇到的问题进行了研究,首先总结了医院信息化建设历程,目前医院信息系统具体功能,以及信息化建设现状;其次通过问卷调查,分析调查结果,总结出医院信息化建设实施出现的五类阻力分别是:基层员工参与度不高,学历较低职工满意度不高,医院信息化建设资金投入量低,医院信息化建设过程培训效果欠佳,医院信息系统普遍接受程度低。针对丰台中西医结合医院在信息化建设出现阻力的原因进行分析,根据分析结果提出了克服阻力加强医院信息化建设的四点对策:制定医院信息化建设规划,培养和组件信息化高素质人才队伍,客服“水土不服”加强自身管理,加大信息化资金投入。本研究揭示的一些问题也是区县级中西医结合医院共性的问题,希望本研究也能为同类的医院在信息化建设中提供建议,少走弯路,节约资金,提高效率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Hospital Information System has been used in medical field for many years.The administrators and the patients all benefit from HIS.HIS optimize treatment process and improve the medicine Service.After a long period of time,FengTai hospital of traditional Chinese and Western medicine has improved the computer network foundation,so that the functions of the HIS are being perfected and more and more reliable and the efficiency of the hospital increased significantly.In order to strengthen the connotation developments and to support data report asked by Beijing health and family planning commission,Fengtai hospital has to construction an advanced HIS as a top priority.The purpose of this article is to research the problems that had been found in the improvement and application of HIS.First the article introduce improvement and application of HIS,and analyze the history of the informatization construction of FengTai hospital of traditional Chinese and Western medicine;Secondly the article analyzes four kinds of resistance in the implementation of HIS construction: The problem of less capital investment,the problems of system integration with hospitals,lack of planning problems and human resources problems.Finally,the researcher gave advices to solve this four questions.This questions the researcher found are very common in the hospital like FengTai hospital of traditional and western medicine.We hope some faulty practices and fund waste would be avoided through this article in the future.更多还原
