地铁设备维护成本管控研究

【摘要】 地铁运营公司属于典型的资产密集型企业,拥有众多的设备设施,为保整个系统的安全运行,不可避免的投入大量的维修成本。据统计,每年的设备维护费用约占运营总支出的35%。设备维修费用成为企业巨大的运营投入,这引起了地铁公司的关注。各个地铁公司都在寻求降低设备维护成本的方法。本文在学习吸收了国内外先进的设备管理理念的基础上,从全寿命周期管理的角度来研究地铁设备,并以该理论为主线,将本文的研究内容有机的联接到一起。本文从一个设备管理者的角度,考虑地铁运营公司在接管所有设备后、日常的设备维护过程中成本控制,主要从以下三个方面开展研究,并综合成地铁设备维护工作的成本管控体系。(1)设备检修管理:本文首次概括总结了地铁的众多设备所具有的特点,结合现行的设备分类方法,提出了优化的地铁设备ABC双标分类法。根据设备分类,建立了更有助于成本管控的设备维修方式与维保模式。结合地铁检修工作实际,提出了行之有效的成本管控方法,并对每一项方法的实施进行了详细的阐述。(2)备品备件管理:本文对备件管理理论进行了简要的描述,介绍了地铁备件管理的现状,总结存在问题,理论结合实际,对症下药,提出了地铁备件管理过程中的成本管控的方法,并对每一项方法的实施进行了详细的阐述。(3)设备数据管理:本文简要介绍了地铁设备信息管理系统,目前的地铁设备数据情况及管理情况。利用地铁实际的数据验证了了设备数据对设备维护工作和备件申购计划工作的指导作用,从而让设备数据通过作用于设备全寿命周期的其他环节而体现出价值。

【Abstract】 Metro operating companies are typical of asset-intensive enterprises,involving a large number of professional equipment and facility.In order to ensure the safe operation of the entire system,URT throws into a lot of maintenance costs inevitably.According to the statistics,the annual maintenance cost of facility accounts for 35%of the total operating expenses.Equipment maintenance costs become a huge business outlay,which has aroused the concern of the MTRC.Each subway company is looking for ways to reduce maintenance costs.This study absorbs the advanced equipment management concept home and abroad,on the basis of it,using the perspective of the LCC(Life Cycle Cost)theory to study equipment.With this theory as the main line,the study content of this thesis is organically connected together.In this thesis,from the perspective of a device manager to study the cost control of the daily equipment maintenance process after the metro operation company takes over all the equipment.Mainly from the following three aspects,and summed up the three aspects of the content,access to the subway equipment maintenance work cost control system.(1)Equipment maintenance management:This thesis summarizes for the first time the characteristics of many devices of the subway,Combined with the existing classification method,put forward the subway equipment ABC double classification optimization.According to the new classification,this thesis has established a more cost-effective equipment maintenance and maintenance mode.Combined with the actual operation of the subway repair,put forward a number of effective cost control methods.And describes the implementation of each method in detail.(2)Spare parts management:This thesis gives a brief description of the theory of spare parts management,introduces the current situation of the management of the subway spare parts,and summarizes the existing problems.Combining theory with practice,to suit the remedy to the case,this thesis puts forward the cost control method in the management of subway spare parts.And describes the implementation of each method in detail.(3)Equipment data management:This thesis briefly introduces the equipment information management system and data mining technology,the current equipment data and management of the subway.Using the actual data of the subway to verify the guiding role of the equipment data to the equipment maintenance and spare parts purchase plan.Equipment data reflects the value by acting on other aspects of the life cycle of the equipment.
