XH学院课程考试管理优化研究

【摘要】 独立学院是我国高等教育大众化的产物,是普通高校按照新机制、新模式创办的本科层次的高等院校。独立学院依托母体高校成立,但具有相对的独立性,其目标是培养具有社会适应性、市场竞争力的综合性应用人才。教学质量决定了人才的培养质量,准确、科学地评估教学效果成为独立学院发展壮大的重要条件。作为教学评估的中心环节,课程考试管理越来越受到学院、社会各界的关注。独立学院相对于传统高校,在发展理念、资金、人才、管理等方面存在诸多不足,加之受传统教育模式的影响,往往对课程考试重视程度不高、囿于传统模式,没有能真正发挥课程考试对教学的引领和服务作用,推动教学水平的提升。很多独立学院的考试管理制度都是参照母体学校的模式,导致在考试内容和形式等方面与母体学院有相似性,这不符合独立学院的人才培养目标。因此独立学院不能直接套用和模仿母体高校的一些考试方式和管理制度,同时也不能运用跟母体高校相同的方法来对学生开展考核和评价,否则,这些做法将不能客观地、正确地反映出独立学院的办学水平。本研究正是在此研究背景下,基于课程考试理论和系统科学理论,运用文献研究法、访谈法等方法,以XH学院为例,对独立学院的课程考试管理现状展开调查分析,以了解独立学院在课程考试管理中存在的问题、分析问题产生的原因、并提出改进课程考试管理的措施。XH学院作为独立学院中的一员,其在课程考试管理中存在的问题对其他独立学院有一定的借鉴意义。本研究对于优化独立学院的课程考试管理水平、提升独立学院的教学水平和人才培养质量,增强与其他高校和办学单位的竞争优势有一定的意义。本文介绍了XH学院及其课程考试管理现状;对学院教学管理人员、教师和学生围绕课程考试和课程考试管理进行了访谈,在访谈基础上总结了课程考试管理中存在的问题;并提出了优化课程考试管理的一些具体措施。通过访谈发现XH学院在课程考试管理中存在以下问题:考试形式单一,过程性评价有待重视;考试定位存在偏差,与培养目标不符;考试结果分析过于简单,缺乏试后反馈机制。要解决这些问题,本文认为首先要使全院师生能够认识到考试的意义,重视考试管理;其次,要立足独立学院特点,强调因材施教,提升XH学院课程考试质量;最后,要建立一整套科学、合理、严密的考试管理规章制度,在实施过程中加强监督和监控。
【Abstract】 As a product of the popularization of higher education in China,Independent college is the second level college.It is founded by ordinary colleges and universities in accordance with new mechanism and new model.It was founded on the basis of the matrix of colleges and universities,but,at the same time,it has relative independence.Its goal is to cultivate comprehensive applied talents with social adaptability and market competitiveness.The quality of teaching determines the quality of the talent.Accurate and scientific assessment of teaching effectiveness is an important requirement for the development of independent colleges.As the center of teaching evaluation,curriculum examination management is receiving more and more concern from independent colleges and society.Compared with traditional colleges,independent colleges has its disadvantage in development philosophy,capital,talents and management,etc.Besides those,influenced by the traditional education mode,independent colleges often pay less to the value of curriculum examination which is constrained by traditional mode,so curriculum examination cannot realize its role of guiding and serving teaching and promote the teaching level.Many Independent colleges’ examination management system is based on the model of their parent university.Due to their limitations,Independent colleges should not directly adopt or imitate the examination and management system of their parent university.The same method of checking and evaluating students should not be adopted,either.Or,the education level of Independent colleges cannot be reflected objectively and correctly.With that background,this study,taking XH College as the case,uses such methods as literature research and interview to analyze the state of curriculum examination management in Independent College on the basis of curriculum examination theory and system science theory.It intends to understand the problems existing in the curriculum examination management,analyze the causes of the problems,and put forward some measures for improving the management.As a member of the Independent Colleges,XH college’s problems in the curriculum examination management can be used for reference to other Independent Colleges.This research has certain significance for optimizing Independent College’s curriculum examination management level,promoting Independent College’s teaching level and personnel training quality,and enhancing the competitive advantage with other colleges and universities.This paper introduces XH College and the current situation of curriculum examination management.By interviewing some teaching management personnel,college teachers and students centering on curriculum examination and curriculum examination management,it sums up the problems in curriculum examination management.It also puts forward some concrete measures to optimize the curriculum examination management.The problems in XH curriculum examination management are as follows: The examination form is unitary and the process evaluation needs to be stressed;the examination orientation is not consistent with the training objective;the analysis of examination result is too simple and lacks feedback mechanism after test.To solve this problem and optimize the curriculum examination management,some methods must be taken.Firstly,the teachers and students of XH College should realize the importance of examination and attach importance to examination management.Secondly,XH College’s curriculum examination management should be based on Independent College’s students and training objective,so as to improve the curriculum examination quality of XH College.Lastly,a set of scientific,reasonable and strict examination management rules and regulations should be established.
