【摘要】 苏宁电器在2013年更名为苏宁云商,标志着苏宁云商正式开启了轻资产模式的运营。本文选取苏宁云商作为案例研究对象,以企业价值作为案例研究的出发点,对轻资产模式的特征及优势、轻资产模式转变方式、轻资产模式与企业价值间关系、轻资产模式下企业价值的实现途径进行深入研究。本文采用了规范研究与案例分析相结合的方法,以企业价值为出发点,将一般企业价值实现途径与企业轻资产资源相结合,并结合相关轻资产模式成功经验,进一步推导出轻资产模式下企业价值的实现途径。并以苏宁云商作为案例研究对象,进一步从案例角度对理论进行验证,通过对苏宁云商运营模式的分析、苏宁云商原有模式下企业价值实现困境分析、苏宁云商轻资产模式转变方式分析、苏宁云商轻资产模式下企业价值实现途径分析,以及轻资产模式前后效果对比,来进一步说明轻资产模式下该企业价值实现途径的指导意义。通过研究发现:(1)在原有模式下粗放的收入方式,较高的财务风险,巨大的存量资产以及薄弱的技术力量对企业价值进一步实现产生了制约;(2)企业可以转变收入方式,开展创新型资产运作,加大研发投入,开展行业联盟来向轻资产模式转变;(3)在轻资产模式下实现了收入方式轻盈化,融资途径多元化,提升了科技竞争力,以低投入的方式实现了业务扩张,从而有利于企业价值实现;(4)通过轻资产模式前后财务维度与市场维度效果对比,证明轻资产模式确实提升了企业价值。我国对于轻资产模式的相关研究起步较晚,理论研究较为匮乏,且对于轻资产模式下企业价值实现途径的研究更为稀少,本文创新性的运用理论演绎的方法推导出了轻资产模式下企业价值实现途径的一般理论,为其他企业更好得实现轻资产模式的运营提供了指导,具有一定的创新意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 2013,Suning officially changed its name to Suning Yun Business,marking Suning Yun opened the light asset model.This paper chooses Suning Yun as the research object,taking the enterprise value as the starting point of the case study,and deeply studies the advantages and characteristics of the light asset mode,the way change to light asset model,the relationship between light asset mode and the enterprise value,the realization way of enterprise value in the mode of light assets.In this paper,the combination of normative research and case analysis is used,and combine the way of realization of enterprise value with the unique resources of light assets to further deduce the realization of enterprise value in light asset mode.And take Suning Yun as an object to further explain the theory,through the analysis of the business model of Suning,the enterprise value problem in the original mode,the way of transforming to the light assets mode,the way of achieving enterprise value in light asset model,as well as the effect before and after the light asset mode.Through the research,it is found that:(1)In the original mode,the extensive income mode,the higher financial risk,the huge stock assets and the weak technical force have restricted the further realization of the enterprise value;(2)Enterprises can change the way of income,carry out the operation of innovative assets,increase R&D investment,carry out industry alliance to light asset mode change;(3)In the light asset mode,company achieve to a diversified income way,diversify financing channels,enhance the competitiveness of technology and low investment in the way to achieve business expansion,which is conducive to the realization of enterprise value;(4)Through the comparison of the light asset mode before and after from the financial dimension and the market dimension contrast,that light asset model does enhance the value of the enterprise.China’s research on light assets started relatively late,the theoretical research is relatively scarce,and the research on the realization of the value in light assets mode is scarcer.This paper uses the method of theoretical deduction to deduce the value realization mode in light asset,provides a guide for other enterprises to achieve light asset model,with a certain degree of innovation.更多还原
