FY出版社任职资格体系设计与应用

【摘要】 在知识经济时代下,任职资格管理作为一种新的管理方式,越来越体现出它的重要性。任职资格管理通过建立员工职业发展通道,从而牵引员工朝着自己的职业发展通道稳步迈进,最终实现员工与企业的双赢,这是任职资格管理发挥作用的方式。随着对任职资格管理理论及实践的深入研究,任职资格管理已经成为人力资源管理体系中非常重要的组成部分。任职资格管理对人力资源招聘管理、薪酬管理、绩效管理、培训管理等模块都产生了非常大的影响。本论文的主要内容主要是关于FY出版社任职资格体系建立与应用的研究。在任职资格管理理论的基础上,借鉴相关经验,对FY出版社任职资格体系的建立展开研究。论文首先指出了选题的背景和意义,确定了本论文的研究框架,其次介绍了任职资格管理相关的理论基础,界定了任职资格管理的相关概念。然后介绍了FY出版社的管理现状,以及FY出版社在任职资管理上存在的一些问题。针对相关问题,运用相关理论知识,构建了 FY出版社任职资格管理标准。同时通过任职资格评审及相关举例,说明了任职资格评审的流程。最后对任职资格在人力资源管理其他模块中的应用进行了说明。通过全文的介绍,可以对任职资格管理的框架有了更清晰的了解,特别是对任职资格标准,任职资格评审,任职资格应用等有更清楚的把握。结合案例,本文可为一些知识型公司设计任职资格体系时提供一定参考作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 In the era of knowledge economy,as a new management mode,the qualification management has become more and more important.Qualification management play a role in the way that the qualification management through the establishment of career development channels,thereby traction employees towards their career development path forward steadily,and ultimately achieve a win-win situation of employees and enterprises.With the appointment qualification management theory and practice of in-depth study,qualification management has become a very important part of the human resource management system.The qualification management has a very big influence on the human resources recruitment management,salary management,performance management,training management and so on.The main content of this thesis is mainly on FY press qualification system establishment and application research.On basis of the theory of qualification management,drawing on the relevant experience,the establishment of the system of qualification system of FY press is studied.First of all,the paper points out the background and significance of the selected topic,and determines the research framework of this paper.Secondly,this paper introduces the theoretical basis of management of the qualifications,and defines the related concepts of qualification management.Then the paper introduces the FY press present situation,as well as some problems inqualification management.In view of the related question,using the related theory knowledge,the paper constructs the FY press qualifications management standard.At the same time,through the qualification review and related examples,the paper shows the process of post qualification assessment.Through the full text of the introduction,you can have a more clear understanding of the framework of management of qualifications,especially in qualification standards,qualification assessment,and qualification application and soon.Combined with the case,this paper can provide some reference for the design of the qualification system of some knowledge companies.更多还原
