铁路燃料管理系统的设计与实现

【摘要】 在通信技术高速发展的网络时代,信息化管理成为了企业在竞争中立于不败之地的手段之一,同时市场竞争对铁路部门的信息管理提出了更高的要求。随着技术不断地成熟,越来越多的铁路部门想通过一体化的燃料信息管理系统,对自身数据实行智能化及科技化管理。与传统的管理方法相比,其具有快速检索目标、实用性强、保密性高效、低成本等优势。因此,先进的燃料管理系统能够帮助铁路部门提高数据处理效率,实现管理科学化和高质量化的目标。本文结合当前信息化系统的标准和呼市铁路部门实行的燃料管理流程分析得到系统功能整体框架、功能性需求和非功能性需求。所研究的基于J2EE平台开发的燃料管理系统主要包括以下四个模块:基本信息管理、库存管理、燃料分配管理和燃料采购管理,还有燃油信息管理,油罐车跟踪管理以及统计管理。并建立了系统的数据库模型和相对应的E-R图,通过这些模型得到数据库表。在研究过程中,通过采用先进的J2EE架构予以规划设计,搭建了 MVC的三层架构,使其具有扩展性和保护性,加快软件开发升级的速度,节约开发成本,实现了极强的系统开发效率。该管理系统结合实际情况,能够针对不同类型燃料进行高效管理和相应控制,可以降低因缺少原料造成的生产阻滞问题,帮助铁路部门及时了解市场供应情况,控制采购成本,做好供应商管理工作,提高燃料使用效率,降低能源耗费,并及时掌握燃料库存状态,改善流动资金利用率提高仓库空间利用水平。
【Abstract】 In the era of rapid development of technology,information management has become one of the means for enterprises to compete in the competition.Meanwhile,the market competition puts forward higher requirements for the information management of the railway sector.With the continuous development of technology,more and more railway departments want to implement intelligent and scientific management through the fuel information management system.Compared with the traditional management methods,it has the advantages of fast retrieval,strong practicability,high security and low cost.Therefore,the advanced fuel management system can help the railway sector to improve the efficiency of data processing,to achieve scientific management and high quality goals.The fuel management process based on the current information system standards and Hohhot Railway departments to implement the analysis of system function framework,functional requirements and non functional requirements.The fuel management system based on J2EE platform development mainly includes the following five modules:basic information management,fuel management,inventory management,fuel distribution management and fuel procurement management.This system establishes the database model of the system and the corresponding E-R graph,and obtains the database table through these models.In the course of the study,through the advanced J2EE architecture design,as well as the three layer architecture of MVC,so that it has scalability and protection.The design speeds up the development of software development,saves the cost of development,and reflects the strong efficiency of system development.Through the actual situation of the management system,managers can manage and control the different types of fuel efficiently,which can reduce the production block problem caused by lack of raw materials.It can help the railway sector in a timely manner to understand the market supply,control procurement costs,reduce energy consumption.So that the Department can do a good job in the management of suppliers,enhance fuel efficiency,and timely grasp of fuel inventory status,improve the utilization of liquidity and warehouse space management level.
