【摘要】 随着当代科技的不断发展,“智慧生活”的提出为人们生活形态创新打开了巨大的想象空间,也对商品零售的销售模式提出了新的要求。2016年起,习近平总书记多次指出:“在适度扩大总需求的同时,着力加强供给侧结构性改革,着力提高供给体系质量和效率”。党的十八届五中全会又提出了以创新发展为“第一动力”,并结合协调、绿色、开放、发展而归宿于共享发展的系统化的现代发展理念,决策层十分清晰地表述了“着力推进供给侧结构性改革”的指导意见,引起广泛关注和热议。因人力、土地等多要素的价格攀升,自动售卖机凭借其占地面积小、管理便利、运营成本低、受时空限制小等各方面优势,在国内外的普及度不断提升。但是随着互联网,尤其是移动互联网技术的发展,自动售卖机也面临着新兴O2O商业模式的冲击,需要不断升级换代,因此作为自动售卖机升级版的机器人商店应运而生。同时机器人商店也正好成为了“智慧生活”供给侧改革的最新实践。本文设计的一套理想机器人商店供给模式,将重点解决现有自动售卖机的缺陷,如产品品类不丰富、支付不便、应用场景不匹配等。首先综合分析国内外自动售卖机的研究文献,了解自动售卖机的历史和发展现状;其次,调研国内外自动售卖机的供给模式,从机械结构、场景选择、供给品类等分析国内外自动售卖机供给机制的优势与不足,并通过问卷调查,了解国内自动售卖机用户的对于现有自动售卖机的评价和需求,从机器人商店设计原理和智能化供给模式两个维度建立理想的机器人商店的供给模式,展现微观层面的供给侧改革实践;接着,再次通过田野调查,调研本款机器人商店在杭州的使用场景;最后总结探讨机器人商店在智慧生活供给侧改革中的意义。本文设计的机器人商店供给模式,以“互联网+”实践走在中国前列的杭州为试点,将着重解决杭州机器人商店在现实场景的落地问题,其中包括机器人商店的细节改造和场景选择问题。这不仅能够深入、细化、升级杭州市的智慧商店,进一步体现杭州作为“品质之城”的智慧化程度,向世界展示杭州“智慧生活”的独特魅力,还能创新供给侧供给模式,根据不同场域、不同消费场景、不同消费人群、不同消费需求,最大限度地满足消费者的不各种需求。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the continuous development of contemporary science and technology,the emergence of "wisdom of life" not only provides a great imagination for people,but also put forward new requirements on the retail sales model.In 2016,chairman Xi Jinping repeatedly pointed out that when moderately expanding aggregate supply,it is necessary to take efforts to strengthen the supply side structural reforms,and improve the quality and efficiency of the supply system ".On the fifth Plenary Session of the18 th CPC Central Committee,the Communist Party of China also put forward that viewing the innovation-driven development as " the first power ",combined with the green,open,coordinated and systematic development and sharing development belong to the modern development concept.policymakers stated clearly to promote the supply side structural reform",which arose great social attention and dispute.Because of rising manpower,land price and other elements of the price,vending machines become gradually popular both at home and abroad,with its various advantages of smaller occupied area,the more convenient management,and the lower operation cost.However with the development of Internet,especially the development of mobile Internet technology,vending machines are also facing the impact of emerging of O2 O business model,which need to constantly upgrade,so as to robotshops come into being.At the same time,the robotshop also happens to be the the latest practice of intelligent life supply side reform.In this paper,the design of an ideal robotshop supply model will focus on solving the defects of existing vending machines,such as product categories are not abundant enough,payment inconvenience,the application scene does not match.Firstly,this paper is gonging to take comprehensive analysis of vending machine at home and abroad in order to understand the history and development status of vending machine.Secondly,investigate the supply mode of the vending machine research at home and abroad,and then analyze the advantages and disadvantages of vending machine domestically and aboard,in aspects of the mechanical structure,scene selection,supply category.Then using the questionnaire survey to look into how domestic vending machine users evaluate the existing vending machines,so as to establish an ideal robotshop business form from the two dimensions of the roboshop design principle and intelligent supply model.Then through field investigation,make a research on the position of robotshops in Hangzhou.Finally,summarize the significance of application on robotshops in the intellectual life and the supply side reform.The robot shop supply model designed in this paper will apply in Hangzhou firstly,and will focus on solving the problems that how to run roboshops in Hangzhou,including the details of the robot shop renovation and scene selection problem.This try can not only deepen and upgrade Hangzhou wisdom store,reflecting the intelligent degree of Hangzhou,but also the innovate the supply side mode,according to different fields and different consumer scenarios,different consumer groups,different consumer demand,meeting consumers’ the maximum demand for a variety of goods.更多还原
