济南卷烟厂精益化设备维修管理系统的设计与实现

The Design and Implementation of the Lean Equipment Maiptenance Management System for Jinan Cigarette Factories

【摘要】 随着济南卷烟厂建设的逐渐成熟,规模的逐渐扩大,精益化设备为维护工作也更加繁琐。但是当前济南卷烟厂在精益化设备维修的管理方面还存在很多的局限性,出现了很多急需解决的问题:为提供现场维修方式,任务反馈不及时、弄虚作假,维修申请流程不规范等。济南卷烟厂逐步认识到目前问题的严重性,决定将精益化设备维修管理作为今后重点推进的专项工作。为此,济南卷烟厂需要研发一套针对自身需要的精益化设备维修管理系统。系统选择Java语言进行编写,合理的利用SSH(Struts、Spring、Hibernate)框架将系统划分成视图、控制和数据三层,现场机台终端主要利用Andriod系统进行触屏操作。精益化设备维修管理系统电脑浏览器端,主要利用Struts标签库及jsp技术进行页面的设计,之后将页面中的数据传入Action对象,通过业务逻辑组件利用具体的服务类对DAO实体进行操作,然后利用Hibernate Mapping对数据类中的数据同数据库进行交互处理,使用SQL Server2014数据库进行数据存储。精益化设备维修管理系统总共实现了五个部分,即现场机台终端、维修策略管理、维修计划管理、维修申请管理、维修工单管理。现场机台终端实现了机台看板、我的任务、技能提升、数据可视化。维修策略管理实现了维修策略维护、维修策略定义管理。维修计划管理实现了维修计划制定、维修计划生成、维修计划汇总、维修计划审核、工单生成下派。维修申请管理实现了维修申请提报、维修工单综合管理、委外维修工单管理、维修工单完工确认处理、维修工单验收处理、故障维修工单管理、维修案例库、维修工单综合查询。维修工单管理实现了维修工单创建、维修工单下派、维修工单完工确认、验收关闭、故障维修工单管理。系统的使用可以形成一套能够规范、快速并行之有效的维修管理方式,进而可以符合发动机产品效率及质量方面对设备管理的要求,运行后可以完成对济南卷烟厂设备的高效维护,增强设备利用率,提高工作效率,为济南卷烟厂带来更多的收益。

【Abstract】 The construction of Jinan cigarette factory is gradually mature and the scale is gradual extensive,leading to more cumbersome maintenance work for lean equipment.However,there are still many limitations of Jinan cigarette factory currently in the lean equipment maintenance management and there have been many urgent problems,like task feedback of on-site maintenance is not timely and fraudulent or maintenance process is not standardized and so on.Jinan Cigarette Factory gradually recognized the seriousness of current problems,and decided to take lean equipment maintenance management as the focus of the future promoted special work.For this purpose,Jinan Cigarette Factory need to develop a set of lean equipment maintenance management system according to their own needs.The system chose the Java language to write and made reasonable use of SSH(Struts,Spring,Hibernate)framework to divide the system into three layers of view,control and data.The scene machine terminal mainly used Andriod system for touch screen operation.The computer browser of Lean Equipment Maintenance Management System mainly used Struts tag library and jsp technology for page design.After the page data into the Action object,the business logic components used the specific service class to operate the DAO entity.And then Hibernate Mapping did interactive processing of the data in the data class with the database.SQL Server2014 database was used for data storage.Lean Equipment Maintenance Management System achieved a total of five parts,namely scene machine terminal,maintenance strategy management,maintenance plan management,maintenance application management and maintenance work order management.Scene machine terminal achieved machine board,my task,skill upgrading and data visualization.Maintenance strategy management achieved maintenance strategy preservation and maintenance strategy definition management.Maintenance plan management achieved maintenance plan development,maintenance plan generation,maintenance plan summary,maintenance plan audit,work order generation and sending.Maintenance application management achieved maintenance application report,integrated management of maintenance work order,outsourcing maintenance work order management,confirmation of maintenance work order,acceptance of maintenance work order,breakdown maintenance work order management,maintenance case library and maintenance work order query.Maintenance work order management achieved creating a maintenance work order,sending maintenance work order,confirming the completion of maintenance work order,acceptance and close and breakdown maintenance work order management.The use of the system can form a set of standardized,fast and effective maintenance management,and then can meet the requirements of engine product efficiency and quality for equipment management.After the operation,the system can complete efficient maintenance of Jinan Cigarette Factory’s equipment,enhancing utilization rate of equipment,improving work efficiency and bringing more benefits for Jinan Cigarette Factory.
