小组工作介入农民工随迁子女学校适应问题的研究

【摘要】 随着我国经济的快速发展与我国经济结构的不断转型,越来越多的农民工涌入到陌生的城市进行打工,以维持生计获得发展,与此同时,大量的农民工子女也跟随自己的父母来到陌生的城市生活,我们把这样的群体称为农民工随迁子女。对于农民工随迁子女来说,学校将成为他们继续接受教育的重要场所,然而农民工随迁子女离开原有熟悉的校园环境是否能够很好的适应新的校园环境引起了广泛学者的关注与研究。而如今,大多数农民工随迁子女受到原有学习环境的变化、教学方式的变化、学习进度的变化、同辈群体与老师等大环境的变化,导致大多数农民工随迁子女在新的学校中学习不适应,人际关系不适应以及情感不适应。农民工随迁子女是我国新兴的弱势群体之一,他们在学校中的种种不适应将会影响随迁子女人格的形成与发展,因此,关注农民工随迁子女学校适应性问题至关重要。本文运用社会工作三大工作方法之一小组社会工作进行专业的介入,帮助随迁子女提高学校适应性,具有一定的实践意义。本文选取沈阳市M学校为个案研究对象,通过调查问卷的方式了解农民工随迁子女学校适应的现状,通过对数据的分析发现农民工随迁子女在学习适应、人际关系适应以及情感适应方面存在问题,分析适应不良的原因,通过招募等方式确定8名随迁子女为小组成员,在生态系统理论与马斯洛需要层次理论的指导下,运用小组工作的专业方法对农民工随迁子女进行全方位的介入,共开展6次小组活动,以帮助农民工随迁子女提高学校适应性,最后提出增强农民工随迁子女学校适应性的建设性的意见。

【Abstract】 With the continuous transformation of China’s rapid economic development and economic structure of our country,more and more migrant workers flocked to a strange city to work, in order to maintain their livelihood development, at the same time, a large number of migrant workers children follow their parents came to a strange city life, we have such a group called the children of migrant workers. For the children of migrant workers, the school will become an important place for them to continue their education,however, migrant workers Suiqian children left the original familiar with the campus environment is able to adapt well to the new campus environment caused great attention and study of scholars. Today, the majority of migrant workers Suiqian children from the original learning environment changes, teaching methods, learning V change of the schedule change, peer groups and teachers of changes in the environment, resulting in most of the migrant workers’ children in the new school in learning adaptation,interpersonal adaptation and emotional not to. Children of migrant workers is one of the most vulnerable groups emerging in China, they are in the school all don’t adapt with will influence the formation and development of children personality so concerned with problems of migrant workers’ children school adaptation is crucial. In this paper,one of the three major tasks of social work as a professional approach to the group of social work intervention to help children improve their adaptability, has a certain practical significance.This paper takes Shenyang M school as the study object, through a questionnaire to understand the status quo of migrant workers Suiqian children adapt to school, through the analysis of the data found that the migrant workers Suiqian children in learning adaptation, interpersonal adaptation, emotional adaptation problems, analysis of the causes of maladjustment, 8 Suiqian children group through the way of recruiting members, the needs level theory in theory and Maslow’s ecological system, using the method of professional intervention group work for migrant workers Suiqian children full range, carried out a total of 6 group activities, to help the children of migrant workers to improve school adaptability,finally puts forward to enhance the migrant workers’children school adaptation recommendations. finally puts forward Suggestions for the improvement of trailing migrant workers children school adjustment.
