基于眼肌运动调节机制的近视矫正训练系统研究

【摘要】 近年来,随着户外运动缺乏、电子产品过度使用以及学业发展压力不断加重等外在因素的影响,近视已经成为危害青少年健康的突出问题之一,全民视觉健康也越来越受到社会关注,因此开展近视预防与治疗方面的研究具有非常重大的社会意义和科研价值。针对目前近视防治有效方法和智能化设备缺乏这一制约青少年人群视力健康发展的瓶颈问题,本文提出了一种眼外肌运动功能训练方法,并设计了闭环式的近视矫正训练系统,主要研究工作包括:(1)理论研究,剖析了眼外肌、睫状肌的运动功能特性和对视力的调控机制,提出了科学的近视矫正运动调节方法;引入脑手眼协调交互训练,设计了游戏化的眼外肌功能训练内容。(2)系统设计与实现,在调研总结和理论分析的基础上,经过结构设计和软硬件开发,实现了近距离E视标视力检测、眼外肌运动能力评估、近视矫正训练、个性化训练方案推送与执行、视力健康服务五大系统功能,完成了近视矫正训练系统样机的研发和数据服务平台的构建。(3)实验开展,针对本系统开展了视力检测的精度、稳定性实验以及近视矫正干预效果实验。实验表明,视力检测的精度、稳定性均达到设计要求,近视干预实验周期内,使用者视力有显著提升,表明了眼外肌运动功能训练是预防近视、矫正近视的有效方法。本论文主要创新点:(1)建立眼动训练路径引导模型,提出了一种科学性高的、趣味性强的脑手眼协调近视矫正训练方法;(2)基于眼外肌运动能力与视力调节之间的作用关系,并引入视力健康促进服务模式,构建了"检测-评估-干预-反馈"一体化的视力健康闭环系统。
【Abstract】 With the lack of outdoor sports,excessive use of electronic products and increasing pressure of study in recent years,myopia has become one of the most prominent and harmful problems among adolescents.Now our country has paid more and more attention to the national eyesight health.Accordingly,the research on myopia prevention and treatment has important social significance and scientific value.Focusing on the eyesight health development restriction of adolescents due to the lack of effective methods and Intelligent equipments of myopia correction,this paper proposed a training mothed of extraocular muscles movement and designed a closed-loop system of myopia correction training.The mayor works are as follows:(1)Theory StudyThis part analyzed the functions of extraocular muscles and ciliary muscles and regulation principle of eyesight in purpose of finding a scientific method of myopia correction by the ocular muscles movement.Moreover,we proposed the coordination training of eyes-brain-hands.Based on these theories,this paper has designed the gamification training method of extraocular muscles.(2)System Design and ImplementationBased on the previous research and theoretical analysis,the myopia correction training system was implemented by the structural design,hardware and software development,which consisted of the visual acuity test of E chart at close distance,movement ability evaluation of extraocular muscles,myopia correction training,establishment and executing of multilevel training models,services of eyesight health.In addition,the data platform of eyesight health was also built.(3)ExperimentsBased on this system.the accuracy and repeatability experiments of visual acuity test and intervention experiments about myopia correction were carried out.The results showed that the method of visual acuity test has met the design requirements.After intervention by ocular muscles movement,participants’ average visual acuity was significantly improved.Thus,extraocular muscles movement training was proved to be efficient for myopia prevention and treatment.The innovation points of this paper are as follows:(1)The guiding model of eyes movement training was built.Based on this model and the coordination training of eyes-brain-hands,a scientific and interesting method of myopia correction training was implemented.(2)Based on the correlation between extraocular muscles movement and eyesight regulation,a closed-loop system including testing,evaluation,intervention and feedback was constructed.Besides,this system also built a service mode of eyesight health and provided services of eyesight health.
