高通量电化学测试系统研制

【摘要】 “高通量实验”是指在较短的时间之内完成海量样品的制备与表征的实验方法。高通量实验技术在过去将近半个世纪中取得了长足的发展,它的有效性和实用性在材料科学的多个研究案例中得到了验证。高通量实验的推广和应用迫切需要开发出一系列的高效、高速和高精度的仪器设备。本文主要介绍了本课题自主研发的高通量电化学测试系统研制的研究工作。本论文首先介绍了电化学测试系统的研究背景及进展,然后介绍了相应的电化学测试技术基础。最后根据系统的功能需求和技术指标给出了高通量测试系统的整体设计方案和独立测试通道总体硬件设计方案,在此基础上完成了系统的硬件设计、软件设计以及测试机构设计等。基于CAN总线和功率总线的系统架构,在硬件方面,论文依次讨论了恒电位仪电路、电流检测电路、电流检测信号调理电路、电流检测信号滤波电路、恒电流模块响应信号检测、信号发生器模块、数据采集模块、系统内相关开关切换设计、控制器模块设计、系统供电设计、CAN通信总线设计、接口设计和转接板设计等。详细讨论了设计中的技术问题和参数等,构建了高通量电化学测试系统的硬件结构设计。在软件方面,论文主要结合硬件设计,讨论了高通量电化学测试系统工作流程,信号发生器模块AD5781程序设计,数据采集模块ADS8885程序设计,电流检测量程自动切换软件控制流程,仪器自检程序,循环伏安法算法,电化学阻抗谱算法和高通量电化学测试系统上位机软件设计等。在系统的所有设计完成之后展示了设计实物,并进行了测试分析:分析了本系统的技术指标,对本系统的部分测试结果进行讨论,并且与美国Princeton公司的VersaSTAT 3F对相同的测试对象的测试结果进行对比讨论。最后评估了系统的性能,对比结果表明:本课题设计的系统可以很好地实现循环伏安法等,并且具有较高的精度。最后讨论了高通量电化学测试系统研制中的部分拓展技术研究,包括:高通量系统的激励及采集问题,电源总线,一种快速交流阻抗算法以及二种测试结构设计的讨论等。在这里论文提出了二种针对于高通量实验测试平台结构,方式新颖,可与高通量系统配套,极大地提高实验测试的速度。

【Abstract】 "High throughput experiment" refers to the completion of a large number of samples within a short time the preparation and characterization of the experimental method.High-throughput experimentation has made great progress in the past half-century,and its effectiveness and practicality have been validated in several research cases in materials science.The promotion and application of high-throughput experiments urgently need to develop a series of highly efficient,high-speed and high-precision instruments and equipment.This paper mainly introduces the research work of high-throughput electrochemical test system developed independently.This paper first introduces the research background and progress of the electrochemical test system,and then introduces the corresponding electrochemical test technology foundation.Finally,the overall design scheme of the high-throughput test system and the overall hardware design scheme of the independent test channel are given according to the functional requirements and technical indexes of the system.On this basis,the hardware design,software design and test mechanism design of the system are completed.Based on the CAN bus and power bus system architecture,in the hardware aspect,the paper discusses the constant potential instrument circuit,the current detection circuit,the current detection signal conditioning circuit,the current detection signal filter circuit,the constant current module response signal detection,the signal generator module,data acquisition module,the system related switch switch design,controller module design,system power supply design,CAN communication bus design,interface design and adapter board design.The technical problems and parameters in the design are discussed in detail,and the hardware structure design of the high throughput electrochemical test system is constructed.In the software,the paper mainly discusses the high-throughput electrochemical analysis system workflow,the AD5781 program design,the data acquisition module ADS8885 program design,the current detection range automatic switching software control process,the instrument self-test program,cyclic voltammetry,electrochemical impedance spectroscopy and high-throughput electrochemical test system PC software design.After the completion of all the design of the system to show the design of the physical,and the test analysis: the analysis of the system’s technical indicators,the system part of the test results are discussed,and the United States Princeton company VersaSTAT 3F the same test object test results contrast discussion.Finally,the performance of the system is evaluated.The comparison results show that the system can realize the cyclic voltammetry and so on,and it has high precision.Finally,some research on the development of high-throughput electrochemical test system is discussed,including the excitation and acquisition problem of high-through-put system,power bus,a fast AC impedance algorithm and two kinds of test structure design.Here we propose two kinds of high-throughput experimental test platform structure,novel,and high-throughput system can be matched,greatly improve the speed of experimental testing.
