矩形钢管混凝土截面的温度场与温度效应研究

【摘要】 随着钢管混凝土结构在桥梁工程的应用越来越广泛,关于该结构的一些理论研究也越来越多,温度问题逐渐成为一个重要的研究课题。本文测量了日照作用下矩形钢管混凝土截面的温度场,基于试验数据对截面温度场的分布及变化规律进行了分析。结果表明:矩形钢管混凝土截面温度场在各个时刻呈现显著的不均匀性,在时间上的变化近似呈指数分布;测点越靠近中心点位置,温度变化越缓慢,对外部温度变化呈现滞后现象,中心点温度峰值点出现的时刻比顶板钢表面测点要延迟2个小时。根据实测温度数据,拟合出矩形钢管混凝土沿截面对角线方向的最大温差分布公式。采用有限元法对矩形钢管混凝土截面的温度场进行分析,着重探讨了气温条件和太阳辐射作用。用ABAQUS有限元软件对矩形钢管混凝土截面温度场进行了模拟,并将有限元计算结果与实测数据进行对比,发现计算模型与实际模型吻合良好,验证了有限元模拟的有效性。对矩形钢管混凝土截面的温度应力分析表明:最大温差应力为22 MPa,升温30℃和降温30℃最大应力为18.8 MPa,在钢与混凝土接触的部分应力值较大,最大应力都发生在截面出现拐角的部分。

【Abstract】 With more wide application of the concrete filled steel tube in bridges and other projects,more theoretical researches about the structure have been done,temperature is an important research problem.In this paper,the measurement of the temperature field of concrete filled rectangular steel tube section under the action of sunlight was carried out,and the temperature field was analyzed.In this paper,the temperature field of concrete filled rectangular steel tube section under outdoor sunlight was measured,the distribution and variation of the temperature field were analyzed by using the experimental data,results show: the temperature field of the concrete filled rectangular steel tube section presents obvious heterogeneity at each moment and Index movement in time;the temperature changes more slowly and the time of the central point peak temperature appears 2 hours later than the roof steel surface measuring point.The formula of the maximum temperature difference distribution along the diagonal direction of the test specimen is fitted according to the measured temperature data.The finite element method was used to analyze the temperature field of concrete filled rectangular steel tube section,the basic principle of this method was introduced,the sunshine boundary conditions and the solar radiation were discussed.The finite element software ABAQUS was used to simulate the temperature field of concrete filled rectangular steel tube section,the finite element results were compared with the measured data.The calculated values of the measuring points are in good agreement with the measured values and the finite element simulation of temperature field is effective.The temperature stress analysis of the section shows: the maximum temperature difference stress is 22 MPa,the maximum stress is 18.8 MPa when temperature raises 30 ℃ or decreases 30 ℃,and the stress is greater where the steel is in contact with the concrete,the maximum stress occurs at the section corner.
