建筑工程方案设计质量评价研究

【摘要】 建筑方案设计是建筑设计的起始阶段,也是最关键的环节,不仅对于项目设计工作本身起着举足轻重的作用,也在项目的投资,收益乃至社会效益等重要方面产扮演着重要角色,我国尚未形成系统的建筑工程设计质量评价体系,对于和创新和审美紧密相关的工程方案设计更是缺乏科学的定量的评价研究。改善目前我国建筑工程设计质量现状的首要任务,是建立全面、科学、客观的、系统的评价方法。而且,质量评价是质量持续改进过程中的重要环节,因此针对方案设计阶段质量评价展开研究非常有必要。根据建筑工程方案设计的特点,对于建筑方案设计分别利用工作分解法,德尔菲法分析确定了建筑工程方案设计的评价指标并对各个评价指标进行了分析,运用层析分析法构建递阶层次结构质量评价模型对方案设计质量进行评价,确定各评价指标的隶属权重,并以实际案例为样本进行了应用研究,得出建筑工程方案设计质量的评价结果,验证其方法的有效性,为项目管理与决策者提供依据,并最终为推动行业的科学发展提供思路。

【Abstract】 Architecture design is the initial stage of architecture design,also its key process.It plays an important role,not only in project designing,but also in project investment,profits,social benefits,and other important aspects.Yet a systematic evaluative system,examining the construction engineering design quality has not been formed in our country;also there is a lack of scientific quantitative evaluative research of those engineering scheme designs which are closely related to the innovation and aesthetics.To establish a well-rounded,scientific,objective and systematic evaluative method,is the prime task to improve our present situation of quality of architectural engineering design.Moreover the evaluation of quality is a vital part of continuous quality improvement.Therefore,it is necessary to carry out research aims at evaluating quality during architecture scheme designing.According to the features of constructing project scheme,also basing upon our constructing scheme,we use work breakdown system(WBS),and Delphi method respectively to determine whether the evaluative indexes have effectively evaluate each aspects.And we use analytical hierarchy process to build a hierarchical quality evaluation model and evaluate its quality,and determine the weights of each valuation index.And it also takes facts as examples to carry out the applicative researches to get the evaluative results of the quality of the constructing project scheme,and to evaluate its effectiveness,which provides evidence for project managers and decision-makers,and to provide ideas for the scientific development of the industry.
