【摘要】 随着互联网在我国的快速发展,人们的生活越来越离不开互联网,它不仅可以满足人们的沟通需要,同时还可以帮助人们完成缴费、购物等基本生活需求。近几年,随着互联网+业务在我国的发展,引起了更多人的关注。工业地产行业由于行业竞争激烈,融资困难等问题不得不对传统的营销方式进行优化,开拓新的销售渠道。由于互联网传播信息具有速度快、范围广、反馈及时的特点,加之其成本低等优势,已经成为开发商的拓展营销渠道的首要选择。本文以ZX工业园区O2O商业运营模式为研究对象,首先本文从ZX工业地产基本情况、存在主要问题以及O2O运营的必要性进行分析;然后对ZX工业地产实施O2O运营模式的基本思路、线上线下平台的建设方案以及传统人工服务平台建设方案进行运营模式设计;最后从物业服务标准的提升、人员管理、线上平台建立及应用的流程体系提出相应的保障措施。本文通过研究实现了对ZX工业园区O2O商业经营模式的设计,该研究对如何实现工业园区O2O商业运营模式具有指导意义,同时对其他相关行业的O2O运营模式研究也具有一定的借鉴意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the rapid development of the Internet in our country,people’s lives more and more can not be separated from the Internet.It can not only meet the needs of people’s communication,but also can help people to complete the payment,shopping and other basic life needs.In recent years,with the development of Internet plus business in China,the Internet has aroused the attention of more and more people.Industrial real estate industry due to the fierce competition in the industry and financing difficulties and other issues,have to optimize the traditional marketing methods and to open up new sales channels.Because the Internet has the characteristics of fast speed,wide range,timely feedback and low cost.It has become the first choice for developers to expand marketing channels.This paper takes the ZX Industrial Park O2 O business operation mode as the research object.Firstly,this paper analyzes the basic situation of ZX industry,the main problems and the necessity of O2 O operation.Then this article analyzes the basic idea of operation mode of ZX industrial real estate O2 O implementation and designs the construction program of online and offline platform and the operation model of the traditional service platform.At last,the paper puts forward the corresponding guarantee measures from the service standard of the property,the promotion of the security,personnel management and security,and the establishment and application of the online platform.In this paper,we have realized the design of O2 O business model of ZX Industrial Park.This study has guiding significance on how to realize the O2 O business model of Industrial Park and at the same time,the research has a certain reference value for the O2 O operation mode of other related industries.更多还原
